Our carer helps us in so many ways as we travel along this most difficult of our journeys. He is a godsend.

Over the last week, we've had to call in Home Instead to give us extra service due to unexpected illness to my stepmother, also my dad's primary caregiver. Everyone I've interacted with has been responsive, proactive and most importantly, treated my father with the affection and care he deserves. At what has been a difficult time, Sue, Maxine, Carlene and Chris have fully stepped up. Thank you so much for keeping my dad safe.

Home Instead were recommended to us over a year ago and we have been using their services ever since. Initially, Mum was not interested in receiving regular visits from people she viewed as 'strangers', however we were keen for here to receive regular visits to fill in when my sisters and I were unable to visit. Circumstances prevailed which enabled us to introduce 2 visits a week by Home Instead and we recently increased this to 3 visits. Mum's attitude has totally changed over this period and she really enjoys their companionship. The service Home Instead provide is excellent as are the staff who visit, communication is brilliant either via the app or dropping into their office for a quick chat. I would highly recommend their services.

They have taken excellent care of our Dad over the last year, dealing with interruptions caused by hospital stays and stepping up for extra care when needed. All carers and office staff have always been Very helpful in all my needs cleaning and hygiene and on my road to rebilitation and recovery. It is a very friendly service and alway there to help with anything I need. I would highly recommend the service

The package was put in place extremely quickly and everybody that I have had dealings with has been kind and compassionate with no judgement at all. I would particularly like to point out a carer who formed an instant bond with my dad and made a very independent man feel at ease with the sudden amount of care that he needed.

I really can't praise the team at Hone Instead enough. They have provided an absolutely excellent service. Everyone on the end of the phone is so kind, friendly and helpful. The manager, has been so incredibly helpful and responsive. We had a bit of an urgent situation and she sorted things out for us practically overnight. Her assessment visit was so personable and gentle, instantly putting my mum at ease. And the carer for my dad, is absolutely wonderful. She felt like a member of the family, from day 1. She supports my dad with such kindness and compassion and he really loves the time she spends with him. I really could not be more happy with the service and would highly recommend it.

The team are available 24/7 and I never wait more than 5 minutes for a response to an email. They are very flexible and have been super patient with some initial difficulties with Dad.

The Manager has made a few visits, and it is so pleasurable to be in her company and if there ever were a problem, I feel confident she would be able to solve it for me.

My wife and I both had health problems recently and needed a little help at home for a while. I am so pleased I chose Home Instead to help us out - all the staff we have encountered have been absolutely fantastic and adaptable in helping us cope in all sorts of ways from general domestic stuff to cooking and helping with the cats. Their timekeeping has been excellent and they all had a positive can-do attitude. We would not hesitate to recommend them and indeed to use them again ourselves should the need arise. Thanks also to one of the staff for putting things in place so quickly. We are very grateful indeed.

It was only a short period of time with Home Instead for my Dad, but the team were so good that I am now using another branch within the group to look after my 100-year-old aunt who despite spending some time in Hospital in March is doing so well with the excellent carers.

I cannot express enough how amazing Home Instead have been in looking after my mum. We changed carers in September 2022, and honestly do not know why we didn't change sooner - there is no comparison. From the initial meeting, they put our minds at rest and have really made Mum feel comfortable and valued, and her carers have become genuine friends who she really looks forward to seeing every day. I have even been away for a couple of short breaks and know that she will be totally looked after while I am away and that everything will be covered. I can always rely on them.
