We are sorry to hear your dissatisfaction with our services. Our customers and their families are at the heart of what we do. Following our Care Co-ordinator speaking with you and visiting regularly, conversations with our Care Manager and Operational Manager on several occasions, changing and setting your visit times despite the very rural location, reducing your carers to a much smaller team than usual and two full reviews with your social worker we felt we had resolved these concerns. We always strive for a high quality, individual service and many amendments were made and requests met. However we are very sorry on this occasion we have not met all your particular expectations and wish you well with your new care provider.
