Home Instead (Lytham, Fylde & Wyre) are here to support you through the process of finding care for a loved one. Providing companionship, home help and personal care to the elderly in their own homes across Lytham, Fylde and Wyre, the services are totally client-centred providing the necessary support and stimulation to maintain independence, dignity and safety.

Home Instead (Lytham, Fylde and Wyre) make sure that the service they offer is simply focused on each individual client. They are committed to providing a high-quality service, and they want clients to live happy and fulfilled lives in their own homes and will do everything in their power to make that happen.

All services are bespoke; clients are matched to caregivers to provide the foundation for a relationship and the same caregiver remains with the client. Visits are a minimum of one hour.

Home Instead provide quality live in care to clients who choose to stay in their own home and live independently with the help of care givers.

My mum loves her carers visiting and sees them as friends. It gives me piece of mind that someone is checking on her and keeping her company when I'm working. They can't do enough for her and she enjoys their trips out.

Home Instead visited my mum from October 2020 until January 2021 during that time they were caring, efficient and reliable even during the Covid pandemic. All of the care givers were trustworthy and looked after mum to a high standard and she was very happy to welcome them in to her home.
The office
staff and management were always helpful and accommodating when times needed to be changed. I would be happy to recommend Home Instead to anyone who needs care for a friend or relative.

The carers are friendly and always do whatever is asked, they give my mother in law a lot of company and she enjoys their visits. The office keep in touch and let us know of any changes and have check ins regularly to see if we are happy with everything. My mother in law has gained a lot of confidence
since they have started coming.

I have employed quite a few care providers up to this date and I can honestly say that Home Instead (Lytham, Fylde & Wyre) ranks the highest of them all as far as I am concerned. I find that I can rely on and trust not only the carers they send but the office staff as well. A lot of care is taken in
the first instance to match you with a particular team of carers that will complement your personality, likes and dislikes. If they make the wrong choice, which is not very often, then one phone call to the office is needed to put the matter right. Home Instead (Lytham, Fylde & Wyre) care about their clients, not just for them. As far as I am concerned, the best thing about this organisation is that you get the same carers consistently. I am able to get to know my carers and so my trust and confidence grows, not only in them but in myself too.

My mum needed someone to go in for an hour a day to just make sure she had a hot meal, shower and light cleaning etc. I live overseas, and the staff were excellent and caring, went above and beyond, always available to call and ask questions that I had. Would highly recommend this service to anyone
needing help with eldercare. Gives me peace of mind that my loved one is being cared for by professional, knowledgeable individuals. Thanks so much, Home Instead!

I really enjoy my caregiver coming each week. She is very supportive. She has helped me to stay more independent. Highly recommended, nice to see a friendly face each week. Always very professional and nothing is too much for them.

The Carers are good timekeepers, courteous, caring, polite and are very good at making my husband laugh and enjoy his visits, they care for him very well. He likes having a reliable care team that look after him. This has even been made possible even during these difficult times of COVID-19.

The caregivers are friendly, reliable and helpful. They take you out if you want. They all drive safely, because of mum's sight disability, the caregivers are thoughtful, especially when outdoors. They are pleasant and aware of mums needs and preferences. They are flexible and ready to adapt. It is
easy to contact the service when needed, and the office staff are generally efficient.
