I would particularly single out that all new carers are introduced by an existing carer.

The carers are always willing to do anything yhey are asked to do. I am always told who the next carer is going to be.

Totally reliable and knowledge that they will be there every day for 1 hr to help my mum in the morning getting ready for her day . All staff have been lovely x. My sister and I can relax knowing that home instead have been there , everyday we check the messages left after the visit

Excellent service provided by all staff, they are very attentive to my mother's needs and requests, they have accommodated the times and dates that she has requested and nothing seems to much trouble for them.
I would certainly recommend to anyone that is looking for a professional service that actually cares for its customers.

Overall Experience

We have been extremely satisfied with the service from Home Instead. We especially value the reliability and punctuality of the carers, and always knowing who will be coming. All are highly trained, respectful of privacy, yet also very friendly and accessible. I have put "good" rather than "excellent" for value for money, only because I have nothing to compare it with. Perhaps that speaks for itself!

Home Instead have become a critical factor in enabling my uncle to remain living in his own home. The carers are attentive and resourceful, and the office staff are always on the ball and communicate well.

The support provided by Home Instead is very welcome. It is crucial to how my uncle now lives on a day-to-day basis. Their flexibility and encouragement of constructive feedback/communication is really effective/positive. They have been totally professional throughout and I know that my uncle gets a lot out of the visits.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible care my mum and dad receive from this team. From our first meeting they were caring, understanding and stepped in to support us. The staff are highly competent, attentive and take the time to talk to my parents. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a 5 star service. They were originally recommended to us by a friend whom had used them and said how fantastic they were.

Being a full time carer to my wife Home Instead give invaluable support by providing companionship on a weekly basis which allows me to take 'time out' safe in the knowledge that she is being cared for by friendly, professional, personable and caring carers. And equally important and reassuring to me is that my wife accepts the carers being with her and is happy in their company. Home Instead have always been flexible and accommodating as my wife's needs change and I can't thank them enough and would thoroughly recommend them.

HomeInstead carers and office support staff have been excellent and responsive to all needs over the last 2 years. Their carers have built genuine relationship with my father, which he has found invaluable and much appreciated. This included a period of hospitalisation when they maintained contact with him through daily visits, during a very difficult time for both him and the family. They cannot be praised highly enough. They have treated him with dignity and respect in a caring and inclusive manner at all times. I would recommend HomeInstead to anyone needing home care support.

Home Instead provide care for my mother, they visit in the mornings to help her with her morning routine, ensuring she is happy, safe and ready for the day.
The care staff are always so caring and kind to her, and I enjoy reading their daily report on the app!

All the staff we have encountered in the office have been so friendly and welcoming, which was so lovely when we were navigating how to move forward with needing help with mum! Very much appreciated and would highly recommend.

Im so happy with the service they have offered Edmund, its been the tonic he has needed. We wanted someone who is going to work with Edmund on a personal level and build trust. This is exactly what we got! We have built trust with his carer and he is really happy with this new personal approach in his life.

Home Instead have been a lifeline to my mum and her partner. I chose them after hearing positive reviews from people I spoke to about looking for a carer. They are wonderful. Care was taken to go through what my mum needed, taking note of her interests and what made her feel comfortable. They ensured she had a meet and greet of the carers and write a mini report after each visit which I can access via an app. I feel so much better knowing they're visiting her. I highly recommend Home Instead Northampton.

I cannot fault the care my Mother receives from the carers from Home Instead. They are all wonderful and very caring. The carers always do all they can to help make my Mum happy and they always engage with her in lovely conversation. We have been so happy finding Home Instead to assist my mother (who is 96) on a regular basis.
Home Instead's staff provide a tailored service that has adjusted to my mother's needs. They stay in regular contact with me by phone (if necessary) or via their regular reporting through the app.

I cannot rate their assistance and professionalism highly enough.

I have been using Home Instead ( Northampton) for mum now for several years now changing from another provider . The help and support they offer is first class and the carers always support and help mum ( who is very stubborn and hard to nurture along) . The App is really helpful as I live a few hours away . As importantly I can call and speak to them easily . I would highly recommend

Home Instead have been a constant for mum for the last six years. As a family we have total confidence in the care they provide through the Team who visit mum on a daily basis. Communication is always easy and I genuinely feel it is like having another member of the family visiting and caring daily. Have recommended to others !

Overall Experience

Mum has dementia and lives with us in an annex. The companionship care from Home Instead gives her the opportunity to visit places she enjoys and spend time with others. She looks forward to the visits and we have found all the carers to be very friendly, caring and compassionate towards Mum. The service is very flexible and takes the pressure off, as well as giving us peace of mind knowing we can call on additional support when needed as her care needs change.

My name is Emma Bennett, I have 32 years of experience working as a nurse in the NHS. I have worked for Home Instead since 2018, which means I have 36 years experience of working with people across all age groups.

I now work with the Care Professional Team at Home Instead where I share the role of training and the development of our Care Professionals and key players. This includes supporting them with their inductions and then ongoing support and training. My main role is ensuring and maintaining compliance with Care Professional development and mandatory training, to both Home Instead and CQC standards.

Hi, my name is Hannah Rootes. I have worked for Home Instead Northampton since August 2020 and have recently joined the Client Experience Team. A big part of my role is that I go and meet new clients and create their Care Plans so that we and our Care Professionals can provide the best level of care possible. When I do this my focus is always, on what our clients want to achieve and what is important to them- our clients are at the centre of everything I do. I have lived in Northampton all my life and have enjoyed growing up here. In my life, I have seen all aspects of care, where before working for Home Instead I cared for the family. Due to this, I use all of my experience as a family member of a loved one needing care and as a Care Professional to ensure all of our Clients receive the best care we can provide.

I have been in healthcare for 18 years and have loved every minute of it. I have worked with children, young adults, and the elderly, all within Care Homes and Domiciliary settings.

I started work in Domiciliary care as a Carer, upon returning from maternity leave I was promoted to a Senior. I later progressed to being a Trainer, Scheduler, Deputy Manager and now Recruitment Manager with Home Instead.

I have only been at Home instead for just over a year and everyone is very welcoming, caring and passionate about what they do.
