Home Instead in Northampton offer a highly personalised, high quality service. All the staff we have met are very professional, are very experienced and well trained and qualified. They are invariably friendly and really understand the needs of my disabled husband with dementia and of myself as carer. They go out of their way to ensure we have the personalised care we need, and are ready to be flexible in how care is provided, according to our needs at different points in time. Home Instead have given us the confidence to believe that we can stay in our house and continue to have a good quality of life, despite the fact that my husband is housebound, and I am struggling with severe arthritis. They are ready to offer additional help or alternative ways of managing things, which is very reassuring. Home Instead may be slightly more expensive than other providers, but the service offered is definitely value for money, and we couldn't be more pleased with the offer.

I have used Home Instead for over a year but the last 2 months more so. I cannot give enough praise to all who have helped and above all, Charles who is such a positive force. My eternal thanks.

Home Instead and their wonderful team of carers have been simply amazing. My late father was initially reluctant to have anyone outside the immediate family helping to support him but as a very practical man he came around to the idea very quickly. Whilst Dad's physical world had reduced significantly his emotional and social world were as outward looking as ever and having interesting and kind people support him made a massive difference not just to his day to day physical care but his wellbeing. I cannot emphasise enough how safe my father (a very independent man to the last) felt in their hands and whenever there was a minor adjustment to be made to Dad's care arrangements this was dealt with swiftly, professionally and with the utmost discretion and thought. My father was able to remain in his own home to the very last, something he really wanted to be able to do, and Home Instead were able to make this happen for him and for the family. I couldn't be happier with the care my mum receives from Home Instead. Living with Alzheimer's, it's so important that she feels comfortable, supported, and understood-and the team truly delivers on that. They are always responsive to our needs and have built genuine, meaningful relationships with her. They go above and beyond to support her in doing the things she enjoys, whether that's going out shopping or enjoying a meal together. They've even provided live-in care, which gave me the peace of mind to take a holiday knowing she was in safe, caring hands. Their support has made a real difference to both of our lives.

All my carers are prompt, efficient, helpful, and cheerful. My needs have changed over the last 16 months, but they have always met them as desired. Whilst showering, they are always there in case I should slip--but fortunately I have not done so yet. They even put up with my reciting poetry to them! I genuinely could not ask for better care.

Home instead came to my rescue when requiring more help with my Dad. They stepped up their visits without any issues. They arrive on time and always receive a full report following the visit, keeping us informed of any potential issues and how the visit went. Dad looks forward to seeing your lovely ladies. My mother has advanced dementia and we have had carers from Home Instead Northampton for more than three years now. They have given us a consistently wonderful service, with many of the carers developing relationships with Mum. They always have provided the very highest standard of care, with punctuality and flexibility when needed at pur end. All the visitors quickly formed a great relationship with the client and understood exactly what was required and delivered it with dignity, efficiency and good humour.

Carers always turn up on time and greet mum with a warm hello. They complete all of the tasks in the care plan and they make sure mum is safe, happy and clean. The APP is really useful as we can tell mum which carers are coming and when. The company is also professional and extremely caring - we couldn't ask for any more.

Have used Home Instead for both parents, now just with one. The carers continue to amaze me with their caring manner, flexible approach to what is needed and their absolute professionalism. All the carers we have are like family friends and are lovely. Very grateful we found a company that we can rely on, have the same carers so they get to know the client and the excellent organisation.

Charlie and the team at Home Instead have been wonderful. Right from the initial interview their attitude has been professional, kind and respectful. They put support in place really quickly and we were delighted that the team who would be looking after my mum came to visit before they came to deliver the care. When I asked Mum if she would like me to complete this review, she was very happy and said that all the carers were lovely. The fact that I can see on the app what the carer has done and how my mum has been is particularly useful as I live a long way away. My mum really enjoys her showers and the care and attention that the carers give her. As a family, we feel confident that they will let us know if there are concerns. At my mom's review we asked whether the visits could be at an earlier time of day and this was looked into and actioned more quickly than we could've hoped. We are so pleased that we got in touch with Home Instead.

Home Instead have been looking after my 88 year old Mum since January.
