Communication between the Care Professionals is live and kept up-to-date, I therefore do not keep having to repeat myself. I cannot fault any one of them during this whole period, they are a pleasure to have here. The care plan is constantly updated due to his health, deterioration and needs which are changing rapidly. Occasionally in the past, communication and changes to times have not always been 100%, but are much better of late.
I highly recommend Home Instead who are far superior to any other agency in this area.

Hello, I am Caroline and the owner of Home Instead Senior Care in Bexhill, Battle, St Leonards and Hastings and I am proud to have opened this office and to be able bring to the local community the unique experience of Home Instead Senior Care. I have personal experience of caring for a loved one and I know that we get one opportunity to deliver the right type of care to our clients and we strive to do this every time.
We are a local family run office, providing non-medical services to help older people in our local community so they can remain in their own homes where they are most comfortable and happiest.
Many families these days have huge pressures on their time and often don’t live locally to their loved ones. This is why we want to be able to give people peace of mind knowing that when they can’t be there, we will be providing companionship and care services just as they would want.
