Home Instead Bexhill has cared for my mother for almost 2 years and has always provided wonderful care. They matched Mum with a very kind Care Professional, and the continuity of care meant Mum built up a warm relationship with her. Cover was always provided seamlessly if required, and any other Care Professional who was sent provided the same level of great care. Home Instead kept us in the loop (as we live a distance away) and were always ready to provide any additional help required. I would have no hesitation in recommending Home Instead Bexhill. My Mum has just moved out of the area recently, and we are currently in the process of setting up a similar arrangement with the local Home Instead office as the level of service and care Mum has received in Bexhill has been outstanding.

The carer who attends my mother is thorough and always extremely friendly and careful towards my mother's requirements. There has been occasion recently when she went away for a week and another carer took her place. She was equally as careful and thorough. We cannot fault Home Instead Bexhill.

My mother insisted on living alone in her home and doesn't want to move into a nursing home. In her mid 90's this can be very worrying for her family. A year of so ago we discovered Home Instead, which have been life savers. She has bonded well with her caregivers and really looks forward to their visits. It's the company that she needs, people to speak to and the odd visit to the shops and library. They go out of their way to make sure that she is happy and provide a very caring service which goes beyond the call of duty. The director keeps us updated of any problems that might arise and I would recommend their services to anyone wishing to remain in their own home and feel independent. They offer a first class service.

This is an excellent service that provides a great deal of comfort to my elderly mother for whom I am Power of Attorney. My mother is quite frail and likes to visit her husband's grave regularly to place flowers and remember him. The home care provider helps her with this even to the extent of going for her to place flowers when she is unwell or unable to go. The home care visits are essential to my mother's well being and worth every penny. I have no hesitation in recommending them very strongly.

The team are incredibly caring and flexible and really keep an eye on the needs of my father and let me know promptly about any concerns especially as we don’t live nearby. The individual carers have been as consistent as possible and have been a great help.

Absolutely priceless care and guidance for one of the most challenging tasks of my life; navigating my father's decline from fierce and total independence to accepting care at home. The director and her team were as much support for me as they were for my father as they patiently found the right team and support package. A solution that gave him another 4 years of proudly living independently. His situation has now moved on, but he still asks with great affection after the team that gave him so much dignity and freedom.

The CareGivers were very reliable, helpful and friendly both towards our elderly parents who they cared for and to us when we visited. They were always keen to add benefit to the care they gave, such as bathing our Mum and helping Dad with his socks.

We engaged the services of “Home instead” when our mum had been diagnosed with a terminal illness, and I have no hesitation in recommending this company. Following a visit by the manager, we were introduced to the staff who would assist with my mum's care, and we found them to be professional, very helpful, caring and compassionate right to the end.

The care support that call to my mother-in-law are very caring, friendly, helpful, hygienic and always on time.

We have employed Home Instead to help my father who lives independently in warden assisted accommodation. As his needs have increased during lockdown etc, Home Instead have been able to increase their care, while retaining the same core team of carers. We, and he, could not have managed without them.

I live six hours drive away from my 96-year-old mother. Visiting and sorting problems was difficult even before the pandemic but now almost impossible. Home Instead Senior Care have been exceptional over the years they have been helping my mother to live independently. The care ranged from washing and cooking when she came out of hospital to a weekly shop and companionship. This was all done with real compassion and understanding for the woman who still sees herself as 25. Many thanks.

I don't know how my brother and I would cope without the knowledge that Dad is being so well cared for by Home Instead. Throughout lockdowns and other Covid restrictions Dad has had carers twice a day, shopping done, trips out in the car when allowed, washing and cleaning of the flat. Whenever there is a concern, we are notified at once. Even if it's just a worry that Dad is a bit low in spirits. The best decision we have made in a long time was contacting Home Instead and that was by recommendation from another client.
