We have had excellent service from the very beginning of contacting Home Instead. The manager was very keen to find out about my mum as a person and what activities she enjoys. All the caregivers have been lovely and the communication between myself and the manager is excellent nothing is too much trouble and I know Mum is in safe hands when I can't be there. Thank you so much.

All the caregivers are lovely and treat my Mum like a friend, as well as looking out for her emotional needs. My Mum really likes all the carers and seems happy and healthy since we started using Home Instead. I am kept in constant contact and very happy with the level of care she receives.

My grandmother (the service user) is very happy with the care she receives from the team at Home Instead. The whole team is caring, friendly and helpful and the management team is caring and efficient. My Aunt and I have total faith in Home Instead which gives us a lot of peace of mind. Home Instead caregivers accompany her to doctor's appointments, help her with getting dressed, food preparation, shopping etc. I couldn't recommend them more highly and they feel like friends.

I cannot praise Home Instead Senior Care (Bexhill & Hastings) and their staff highly enough. Not only did they provide outstanding care for my 96-year mother but they bonded with her to the extent it becoming part of our family. Also, as I came from overseas to care for mum, their knowledge and guidance of the labyrinth of aged care regulations and services was invaluable for me in meeting mum's needs for equipment etc. Mum has moved to Australia and my only regret is that I couldn't move Home Instead Senior Care (Bexhill & Hastings) there as well.

The care is fantastic and reliable. The carers are friendly and genuinely really care about their clients. They feel like family now.
The office staff are also extremely knowledgeable and friendly at all times and know me by names. It's a lovely, personable service.

My father is very well looked after and trusts his carers as well as considered them his friends.

We have used Home Instead for over a year now and they have never let us down. The staff (all) go above and beyond to be kind and helpful. They are all very polite and pleasant and treat my mum with the utmost respect.

Outstanding care given to my mother throughout a very difficult period. Carers were excellent, used their initiative, provided solutions and everything was done to a very high standard. Management were equally good.

Home Instead was of a huge benefit both to my mother who needed the care and to her family who were worried about her.

Hello, I am Caroline and the owner of Home Instead Senior Care in Bexhill, Battle, St Leonards and Hastings and I am proud to have opened this office and to be able bring to the local community the unique experience of Home Instead Senior Care. I have personal experience of caring for a loved one and I know that we get one opportunity to deliver the right type of care to our clients and we strive to do this every time.

We are a local family run office, providing non-medical services to help older people in our local community so they can remain in their own homes where they are most comfortable and happiest.

Many families these days have huge pressures on their time and often don’t live locally to their loved ones. This is why we want to be able to give people peace of mind knowing that when they can’t be there, we will be providing companionship and care services just as they would want.
