Lovely to hear your feedback, but so sorry to hear about your mum as know it was a sudden and rapid decline. It is always the relationships that make the differnce and I know you know, first hand, how important that is and how it has helped through a terrible time. The matching that we always try and do is so important to get right and in this instance with a small team that it has worked and has helped both your mum and now your dad under difficult circumstances. The team will be delighted to hear your feedback as it means the world to us to hear your positive comments as you have felt the care and support from the care professionals. Thank you.
Thank you so much for your fantastic review. Coming home from hospital is fraught with uncertainty and the worst fear is that family members wont be safe when they get home and that they will end up back in hospital. Our purpose is to ensure that when people return from hospital they are safe, cared for compassionately and that they can become independent again wherever possible. To hear from your experience of your Dad's care that it has been a success and reassuring, in turn, that he is well and cared for is the ultimate accolade. Thank you for taking the time to review our support.
Thanks so much for your lovely review and it is great that we have been able to help in some small way in supporting you during your recovery. The last thing you need when you are recuperating is to have to think and use vital energy in doing routine everyday tasks when you should be focussed on getting back to your normal self. I am so pleased that we have been flexible and helped with all these tasks as necessary. I hear your next goal is to enjoy Wimbledon and hopefully you are feeling well enough for that to be a highlight of the year having recovered.
Thank you so much for writing such a wonderful review. I am sorry that you have had to endure such a rough time . I know the team love supporting you and helping you to look your best to face the day despite all the tribulations. Given your background and understanding of all you are going through it is so important to have things to look forward to and so pleased to hear that the two members of the team are a part of the light in the dark of each day. It is also lovely to hear you echo all we try to acheive in helping people to regain independence, and have a holistic view to their care thereby seeing everyone as an individual and to enjoy the time together. We like to be the reason someone feels safe, seen and cared for. Thank you again.
It was such a joy to support your mum and be involved in her life. We are so pleased to hear the feedback that she appreciated the personal interactions, as at our heart, it is always about making people smile. We try and ensure we make a connection with all our clients to support people like your mum to have the best of every day with something to look forward to in a friendly face. Coming home from hospital is always a tough time to make happen smoothly for all invovled and I am so glad to hear it all went well. Thanks so much for writing this review when you have had such a tough time .
Thanks so much for your feedback and so pleased to hear that we were able to support your parent and family in the changing needs. So sorry it was such a difficult time and all the more thanks therefore for thinking and committing to complete such a glowing review. Much appreciated.
Great to hear your mum is enjoying the support and that allows her to save her energy for those things that she would choose to do in the day and not divert onto tasks where her motivation is diluted. Equally our care always tries to focus on the individual and pay attention to that person so we enjoy our time with each client in hearing about their life and share in their trials and tribulations . It is a special privilege and thanks so much for expressing it in a way that recognises the whole team working together to make a difference at every visit. Thank you.
Your mum is amazing and the care professionals love supporting her. The trips out seem so important both spiritually and to keep contact with friends. It is lovely to hear that she in turn appreciates the support to keep the things in her life that she holds dear as regular events to look forward to. Equally your mums safety is fundamental to her being at home and having resources to enable that as well as the regular carers who know her and can help if she, or you, feel stuck. Thank you for such an amazing review and for taking the time to describe the detail of why the care has helped.
Thanks so much for taking the time to give us a perfect review. We really appreciate knowing that in our third year of supporting your Dad that it feels so positive. You as a user over all this time would know how it really is warts and all. If we did a word cloud then the action words of: going the extra mile, confident in us, approachable and kind, sum up how we always like to support clients and their families. We will feedback in turn to each of the team that visit your Dad each day as your appreciation is something they value hugely as you entrust your father to our support. Thank you.
Thank you so much for writing a review at such a tough time. I know that everyone involved in your mum's care thought she was amazing and loved caring for her. End of life care is so important to get right as there are always unexpected events which can cause huge distress and so our training and commitment to try and go the extra mile as our clients deteriorate is crucial. Responding with compassion and acting swiftly in these moment so you can feel that your loved one is safe in our hands is the ultimate accolade . Thank you and great to hear the live in carers were so exceptional alongside the hourly care. We always hope to do the best for each and everyone so it is amazing to hear that it was received well and we can then pass on to the team.
Thank you for your considered and thoughtful review. We all want to support clients and provide care of a standard that we would want for our own parents. It is completely personal . It is therefore heartening that your review articulated the various elements of care and the individuals in a way that 'echos' how we deliver our support and underlies our ethos. Thank you for reflecting on the support received by your client and taking the time to do a wonderful review.
Thank you so much for your lovely comments. It was a team effort and it was a privilege to support the client. It is never easy physically, emotionally and practically caring for someone who is declining and you were a huge support alongside our team in ensuring the best for our client. We all join care to make a difference and go the extra mile as people need that extra help and it is lovely that you described it that way. Thank you for a wonderful review.
We were all so sorry about your Dad's passing. He was a wonderful man and all the team cared deeply about him. We were privileged to be involved in supporting him. For you to take the time to write a review so soon after his passing is extremely thoughtful. For us it is particularly poignant that you have written at all and to have written in such glowing terms how you appreciated our service and our part in helping to keep your Dad at home is a wonderful tribute to how we like to work. We will pass on your comments and thanks to each of the team. Thank you.
It is such a tribute to the team to read this review. I have read several times to make sure I understand the nuances and you do set out the caring effective service we aspire to provide. I know when you are a distance away it is fundamental to know your Dad is safe and cared for and that you can rely on our service. It all comes down to trust. We will pass on your kind words to all the team involved and I know they love supporting your Dad. We will continue to go the extra mile that is so important and not just a cliche. Thank you.
Thank you so much for such an amazing review. We are always thrilled to hear feedback and we can then pass to the care professionals who do all the hard work and support your dad and along the way love working with him. They say "it is their pleasure to know him". It is great to hear such a glowing testament.
Thanks so much for your appreciative review. Supporting your family over a long period of time, there are always likely to be glitches so it is a real testament that after all this time you have felt the service went above and beyond and gave you the peace of mind, that is vital when you live a distance away from your relative. Thanks so much for such a brilliant review.
Everyone who needs care is a worry for their family, friends and legal guardians. To be able to give peace of mind knowing that you trust us to support and keep your parents safe is a huge responsibility, but is always what we aim for. It is so lovely to be able to achieve that peace of mind in working together to know what is needed and to be able to put into practice the care. So you don't need to worry but are able to be the daughter, son or friend instead of carer. Thank you for such a beautifully expressed sentiment.
Thanks so much for submitting a review and for being so positive about the support and care we provide. We look forward to continuing to meet the highest standards for your care so you continue to feel this way about our service.
Thank you so much for taking the time to submit a review and to hear how you have found the care so helpful and the team are so good.
Thanks so much for the amazing review. I am so pleased to hear how the care and support your mum had was appreciated and received. From the matching of care professionals to ensure they can build a relationship, all your family feeling she was safe, and the enrichment activities such as attending the dementia-friendly activity sessions are what we try and focus on for all our clients. It means we know your mum and can help her stay at home for as long as possible enjoying her life so thank you for saying it worked.
