As part of Support Solutions' ongoing commitment to transparency, growth, and empowering our people, we’re proud to share the results of our February 2025 Staff Survey.
The survey, which ran throughout February, invited all Support Solutions staff to provide open and honest feedback across a wide range of areas – from workplace culture and communication, to leadership, support, and overall job satisfaction. It also gave everyone a valuable platform to raise concerns and suggest areas for development.
We’re excited to announce that the results show an impressive 92% overall staff satisfaction rating – a powerful reflection of the positive environment we’re working to build together at Support Solutions.
As part of our mission to support and develop our people, this feedback is already helping shape our future plans. Every response has been carefully reviewed, and we’re actively identifying opportunities to enhance our internal practices – whether that means refining communication channels, strengthening training and development opportunities, or recognising the day-to-day contributions of our incredible staff.
