Welcoming Becky

We’re delighted to officially welcome Becky as our business development lead for our Live-In care services. With over 15 years of experience in health and social care, Becky is no stranger to our mission as she’s already a valued member of the Springfield family. Her deep understanding of both home care and residential settings makes her a perfect fit for leading the growth of our live in care service.

Becky is passionate about person-centered care and believes in the importance of helping people remain in their own homes with the right support. Her experience in complex care will be instrumental as she works alongside our already established experienced Live-In care team and our Clinical Lead for Home Care to build bespoke packages of care for people requiring around the clock care.

Live-In care offers a personalised and compassionate alternative to residential care, allowing individuals to remain in familiar surroundings.  For many of our customers, home is more than just a place to live, it’s where our memories are, our routines are preserved, and our independence remains. Springfield Healthcare’s Live-In Care service provides 1-1 support tailored to the individuals care and support needs. We work with individuals to achieve better outcomes, focusing on the individuals’ strengths and interests, and valuing what is important to them- after all home is where the heart is.

Whether we’re supporting someone with complex health needs or simply offering companionship and routine, Live-In care can be a life changing option for both the customer and their families - enabling individuals to live safely at home and allowing the family member, to be the family member and not the care giver.
