Initial assessment very informative and thorough. All questions answered. Once service implemented, review assessment completed which was helpful. Have the care planning app is very essential for me as a family member that lives some distance from my relative requiring care. Updates are given after each visit. Carers are all very professional and have made such a difference to my relatives' quality of life. Would highly recommend.

As you can imagine when my brother was initially transferred to Campbell Court I was greatly concerned as to how he would settle and how he would interact with his new surrounding and particularly with the new personnel, and how they would interact with him; I need not have been concerned. The staff who looked, and continue to look after him, were understanding and kind, providing him with the level of support and care he needed, without treating him with kid gloves. They interacted with him as a person and not as a patient and this made the greatest difference to him and his mental health and attitude. Of course he still has up and down days, as to be expected, but now he appears to be more content and happy, insofar as his circumstances allow, and this is down to the care he has received for the past few years from the staff, with particular reference to Sue and Kayleigh who Edward regards as almost to be family.

A good efficient and caring service. I'm confident that my wife's needs are being, and will be, fully met. The management are approachable, and willing to address any concerns. We're very satisfied.

I have only been living at Campbell Court for just over a year. In that time my health has improved so much. Due to the care and support I have been receiving, and the way everything is now so accessible for me. The staff have been so enabling to me, letting me be myself for the first time in years. I am so grateful to every one of them.

The client has Alzheimer's and dementia and cannot understand or do this for himself so I, as his 24/7 carer, have done it for him. Right from the word go and I needed a sitter in an emergency I got Springfield off the computer and have had excellent service ever since as my respite sitter. Always on time, very very caring and understanding of his condition and a godsend for me as well, I have nothing but praise for all they do.

Since moving into Campbell Court my brother has experienced nothing but kindness and exceptional care. This review is a holistic review to include all of the staff of Springfield Health within Campbell Court. Assisted living was not something he had anticipated eight months ago. However considering the changes to his health it has been a breath of fresh air. He is safe, his dignity is at the centre of the care he is provided. Everyone is professional. Additionally they have aided his independence and made him laugh again. Thank you.

Springfield carers have been caring for my step dad who has dementia for a few months now, and i must say that they have now tailored amazing staff to meet my step dads needs, They support him and identify things which i miss they write down anything which they feel he needs in a book which enables me to action it which i really appreciate as there is only really me who carries out most of the day to day tasks ensuring he has everything what he needs. He now has a lovely staff team who are doing an amazing job and i have to say i can see such a difference in his home and in himself. which as made my ability to carry on doing what i do easier, and my step dad to live a better quality of life, So thank you again for all the little things you do it doesn't go unnoticed :)

Assessment of care needs by staff 21st August. Thorough review of flat - lay out - range of tasks and discussion of member of care visits required initially she was very organised, easy to relate to. Excellent approach with/to client - reassuring, supportive. She provided an in depth discussion of my brother's needs with good knowledge and sound advice.

We are happy with the care my mum receives on a day to day basis, most of the carers are very good and do a very good job. Mum seems very happy and is able to live independently with the amount of care she receives which is what we want would recommend them.

We are very happy with the care received. The staff are polite, professional and caring.

We would recommend Springfield, we had a different provider before with a much lower standard of service. Springfield are very professional and we wish to continue with them indefinitely.

My mum and I are really happy with the service of Pathways to Independence. All of the girls who visit are so pleasant and helpful respecting my mum. It puts my mind at rest knowing they will be there whilst I am at work. I can't fault them. Best care we have used.

Special mention to one lady. She really has captured the essence of compassion

All the staff at Springfield are lovely. Carers and managers have a can-do attitude, and enable me to live my life the way I see fit. Most of the carers fit into my life-style, having with me 24hrs a day could be difficult, but the carers do their best to be there when I need them, but also not too intrusive.

My father was discharged from hospital in November 24 and died in April 25. During this time my father received excellent care from carers. My father could be difficult at times but they always showed him compassion and care. As a nurse, I always expect a high standard of care and I wasn't disappointed with the care my father was given. Would highly recommend to anyone
