My mum and I are really happy with the service of Pathways to Independence. All of the girls who visit are so pleasant and helpful respecting my mum. It puts my mind at rest knowing they will be there whilst I am at work. I can't fault them. Best care we have used.

Springfield Health Care provided truly outstanding end-of-life care for him. The team was compassionate, respectful, and attentive, always prioritizing his comfort and dignity. Their communication with our family was thoughtful and supportive, keeping us informed and reassured every step of the way.
The staff went above and beyond to ensure he was calm, cared for, and surrounded by kindness in his final days. We are forever grateful for their exceptional care and highly recommend Springfield Health Care for anyone seeking heartfelt, professional support during such a difficult time.

All the staff at Springfield are lovely. Carers and managers have a can-do attitude, and enable me to live my life the way I see fit. Most of the carers fit into my life-style, having with me 24hrs a day could be difficult, but the carers do their best to be there when I need them, but also not too
intrusive.

Wonderful staff, all the ones I have met who look after my brother have been amazing and will always go the extra mile.
I am kept informed of any problems and can use the app to check all the details of his care.
Unfortunately I am not allowed to mention any names and there are some carers I haven't

My father was discharged from hospital in November 24 and died in April 25. During this time my father received excellent care from carers. My father could be difficult at times but they always showed him compassion and care. As a nurse, I always expect a high standard of care and I wasn't disappointed
with the care my father was given. Would highly recommend to anyone

It was a big step for me to accept i needed care and to do something about it. The supervisor called to check everything was going ok with Mum's care and carers. He was very precise and checked the care given to Mum in detail which was very helpful. We didn't have any big problems and ones we had in the past at the beginning have been solved and brought out. Mum likes having regular
carers she recognizes which helps her memory of who everyone is.

The service prided by the carers and amin staff is wonderful and has allowed my mum to maintain her independence.
Nothing is too much - just ask and if it can be done, it will be!
The carers raise any concerns they may have very quickly which allows any issues to be resolved with the minimum of
fuss!
So glad that these lovely people have come into our lives.

My mum has been receiving 4x daily visits by carers from this company since January 2025. It is her and our family's first experience of requiring additional support and care within her home. It has been a truly appalling experience for the most part. Carers turn up at random times with no consideration
to reasonable spacings between meals. For example being got up and given breakfast after 10.30am then someone turning up at midday to do lunch. My mum was left in bed until after midday despite the office claiming someone was 10 minutes away when I realised mum was still in bed at gone 11am.
She blamed staff sickness but there was no attempt to contact either my mum or myself to inform us they were having issues. Staff sickness and taking leave seem to be the only explanation this company can give as well as a meaningless apology. On several occasions, mum has had to ring them when no one turned up to put her to bed. Basic cooking skills are lacking and food is frequently inedible.
