Springfield carers have been caring for my step dad who has dementia for a few months now, and i must say that they have now tailored amazing staff to meet my step dads needs, They support him and identify things which i miss they write down anything which they feel he needs in a book which enables
me to action it which i really appreciate as there is only really me who carries out most of the day to day tasks ensuring he has everything what he needs. He now has a lovely staff team who are doing an amazing job and i have to say i can see such a difference in his home and in himself. which as made my ability to carry on doing what i do easier, and my step dad to live a better quality of life, So thank you again for all the little things you do it doesn't go unnoticed :)

All the staff at Springfield are lovely. Carers and managers have a can-do attitude, and enable me to live my life the way I see fit. Most of the carers fit into my life-style, having with me 24hrs a day could be difficult, but the carers do their best to be there when I need them, but also not too
intrusive.

Wonderful staff, all the ones I have met who look after my brother have been amazing and will always go the extra mile.
I am kept informed of any problems and can use the app to check all the details of his care.
Unfortunately I am not allowed to mention any names and there are some carers I haven't
met but the ones I have deserve to be recognised.

The management team were very helpful, friednly and flexible. Every contact left us feeling we were known and valuable clients. The majority of the carers were excellent, giving friendly and considerate care. The occasional carer seemed rushed or less interested, but most were great.
Timings were not
exact but no appointments were missed. We would choose Springfield Healthcare again.

Springfield Healthcare were placed to care for my aunt via the Council. My aunt was a very private and independent lady, managed her own home, garden, cooked etc. She had dementia, so needed prompts to take medication, which is the reason carers were required. However, in November 2024 the carers left
my aunt without medication for a period of 14 days in total, 7 of which the prescription was ready for collection, but no one collected it. This resulted in my aunt becoming extremely confused, this medication should not be stopped abruptly. My aunt was admitted to hospital to be re-stabilised on her medication, after which she was transferred to respite, where she was looked after very well. I submitted a complaint to the Council, and an investigation was carried out. Inevitably the services closed ranks and said there was no case to answer - I disagree. We know the truth and the true facts are that they were negligent. My aunt never recovered from this event.

I just want to say thank you very much for all the careers who looked after my husband last year. They were excellent and pleasant and helpful. My husband didn’t want carers but got on really with most of them.

Professional care company with a strong and effective management team. They have quickly put together a strong team of carers (both live-in, daily, and waking nights) all trained by their competent nurse assessor and in-house trainer to meet the complex needs of my husband (tracheostomy, PEG and catheter)
something which our previous care company consistently failed to do. Our team of carers are able, conscious and kind - exactly the right qualities we were looking for - especially as my husband is nonverbal.
