I feel very settled and safe. My carers are very understanding and caring. They treat me with respect and dignity. We are able to have a laugh and chat which is just as important to me.

Springfield care have been excellent with my Dad. I cannot fault them. Meeting his needs with great compassion, care & dignity.

My experience has been excellent from day 1 of receiving care and support twice daily from three different carers. The have assisted me with all my care needs and encouraged me with my progression in recovering from my surgery. All three carers have made me feel at ease as I was very nervous at first to have strangers in my home to assist me. They have caring natures and great personalities and are all an asset to the profession.

Thank you to all carers that have helped me. Even with my bad days with pain they always leave me with a smile. I cannot fault their work in any way.

As you can imagine when my brother was initially transferred to Campbell Court I was greatly concerned as to how he would settle and how he would interact with his new surrounding and particularly with the new personnel, and how they would interact with him; I need not have been concerned. The staff who looked, and continue to look after him, were understanding and kind, providing him with the level of support and care he needed, without treating him with kid gloves. They interacted with him as a person and not as a patient and this made the greatest difference to him and his mental health and attitude. Of course he still has up and down days, as to be expected, but now he appears to be more content and happy, insofar as his circumstances allow, and this is down to the care he has received for the past few years from the staff, with particular reference to Sue and Kayleigh who Edward regards as almost to be family.

I have only been living at Campbell Court for just over a year. In that time my health has improved so much. Due to the care and support I have been receiving, and the way everything is now so accessible for me. The staff have been so enabling to me, letting me be myself for the first time in years. I am so grateful to every one of them.

Very good, can't fault anyone of the carers, so glad I came to Springfield. Everything about Springfield is lovely I've never been so happy with carers as I am now.

I am happy with the support my son gets from the carer. My son is very happy on his days out, comes back tiered but very content.

I thank you for the carers who come in as I live on my own as I have just one brother which does not live close to me, my carers make it to see me as much as they can.

Staff are fantastic caring professional caring considerate understand my wife's needs supporting my wife in every way. We would be lost without them they all deserve a medal and three times the wages they receive and day care workers will be valued a lot more than they are now God bless them.

I am very happy with the care given to me by the caring staff in Springfield Healthcare Campbell Court. I enjoy going to the restaurant and joining in with the quiz and my activities on a Wednesday.
