Some carers you nothing just make a cup of tea write notes and go sometimes the carers are late by three-quarters of hour. A few carers are good at their jobs this is usually old carers I would say experience overall is poor

Staff are fantastic caring professional caring considerate understand my wife's needs supporting my wife in every way. We would be lost without them they all deserve a medal and three times the wages they receive and day care workers will be valued a lot more than they are now God bless them.

Different person all the time.
