Staff are fantastic caring professional caring considerate understand my wife's needs supporting my wife in every way. We would be lost without them they all deserve a medal and three times the wages they receive and day care workers will be valued a lot more than they are now God bless them.

2) Can't make toast. Struggle with basic cooking tasks.
3) All they want is in and out of your house asap. If they care they would make your care happen.
4) Your call time is disgraceful, they turn up at any time that suits them.
5) Some of Springfield's staff are great but you very rarely see the good ones. Different person all the time.
6) They promise you everything and don't deliver.
I am sorry to learn that you were disappointed with the care service offered to you during your time with Springfield. I understand how frustrating it must be when your expectations are not met. Although it is not always possible to send the same carers, we do expect the same Springfield standard...

My role as a Registered Manager allows me to make a positive impact on the lives of our customers, supporting their well-being and ensuring they receive the highest quality of care in their own homes.
It is also my responsibility to prioritise the well-being and professional development of our care teams, as their dedication and compassion directly impact the quality of care we provide to our customers.
I started working for Springfield Healthcare in 2015, I began my Springfield journey as an HR Administrator, and I then progressed to the role of a Regional Recruiter across three branches in the North East.
In 2018 I was then interviewed for the opportunity to support the Registered Manager in the role of a Service Manager, this role enables me to ensure we are providing a safe, well led and effective service for our customers and staff.
In 2021 I then took on the role of 'Interim registered manager' covering maternity leave.
As Operations Director for Home Care Services, I feel privileged to support others to live their lives to the fullest. I am very passionate about my role, and the work that my teams do every day. Being so involved in people’s lives and being able to make a genuine difference is so rewarding. Here at Springfield, it really is about the people we employ and support, it’s about family and the importance of looking after each other.
