I started working for Springfield Healthcare in 2015, I began my Springfield journey as an HR Administrator, and I then progressed to the role of a Regional Recruiter across three branches in the North East.
In 2018 I was then interviewed for the opportunity to support the Registered Manager in the role of a Service Manager, this role enables me to ensure we are providing a safe, well led and effective service for our customers and staff.
In 2021 I then took on the role of 'Interim registered manager' covering maternity leave.
As Operations Director for Home Care Services, I feel privileged to support others to live their lives to the fullest. I am very passionate about my role, and the work that my teams do every day. Being so involved in people’s lives and being able to make a genuine difference is so rewarding.
