Initial assessment very informative and thorough. All questions answered. Once service implemented, review assessment completed which was helpful. Have the care planning app is very essential for me as a family member that lives some distance from my relative requiring care. Updates are given after each visit. Carers are all very professional and have made such a difference to my relatives' quality of life. Would highly recommend.

Assessment of care needs by staff 21st August. Thorough review of flat - lay out - range of tasks and discussion of member of care visits required initially she was very organised, easy to relate to. Excellent approach with/to client - reassuring, supportive. She provided an in depth discussion of my brother's needs with good knowledge and sound advice.

Myself ,the clients son and most importantly the client are very happy with the standards of care been given from the the very 1st visit up to date. Vicki started working for Springfield Healthcare in 2010 as a domiciliary care worker and has since progressed into her current role as Service Manager.
She is passionate about providing high-quality, person-centred care to support customers within their own homes.
Vicki finds fulfilment in working closely with the care teams in the community to deliver the best possible care. She believes that Springfield care workers make the world a better place through their job of caring for others.
As Operations Director for Home Care Services, I feel privileged to support others to live their lives to the fullest. I am very passionate about my role, and the work that my teams do every day. Being so involved in people’s lives and being able to make a genuine difference is so rewarding. Here at Springfield, it really is about the people we employ and support, it’s about family and the importance of looking after each other.
