Assessment of care needs by staff 21st August. Thorough review of flat - lay out - range of tasks and discussion of member of care visits required initially she was very organised, easy to relate to. Springfield were absolutely fabulous with my parents who both had dementia, my father had vascular dementia and went downhill quicker than my mother.
