My mum and I are really happy with the service of Pathways to Independence. All of the girls who visit are so pleasant and helpful respecting my mum. It puts my mind at rest knowing they will be there whilst I am at work. I can't fault them. Best care we have used.

Job Title: Registered General Manager

I love my role as a Registered Manager as I have the pleasure of witnessing and being a part of people’s journey, from seeing customers learn new skills, gain independence/employment, go on holiday, try new experiences and lead as fulfilled and independent lives as possible.

It is my responsibility to oversee the management of our home and community care for children and adults with learning disabilities (autism, mental health needs and some older people). We support people through challenging situations and observe the resilience of the human spirit through their many achievements and successes. Being part of the Springfield family means being part of the solution.
