Winners at the Stars of Social Care Awards

We’re proud to share that we’ve won the Stars of Social Care Awards ‘Reducing Social Isolation Award’! This award is a testament to the incredible work of our office staff, Care Workers, and volunteers who go above and beyond to make everyone feel part of our community. Through our not-for-profit sister branch, Abbots Friends, we’re proud to offer year-round social opportunities that bring people together. From community tea parties to one-to-one companionship at home, we know how meaningful these moments can be — and we’re committed to creating many more in the months ahead.

Our next series of community tea parties will be running throughout July and August, and we can’t wait to welcome everyone back for another round of food, games and fun!
