Welcome to Our New Registered Care Manager – Louise Philips

We are delighted to welcome Louise Philips to our award-winning team here at Bluebird Care Wiltshire South as our new Registered Care Manager.

One of the key requirements for managing a premium social care service is a depth of experience and Louise brings that in bounds. With over 15 years in the care sector, she has worked in a variety of roles, from the frontline to senior management, across a range of care settings.

For the past three years, Louise has been a Registered Manager, following three years as a Deputy Manager, leading teams and ensuring the highest standards of care. She is passionate about making a positive difference in people’s lives and focuses on creating a supportive environment for both her team and our customers. Louise combines her wealth of experience with compassion and strong leadership to deliver exceptional care every day.

Outside of work, Louise enjoys walking in the countryside, playing golf, cooking, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
