Jonathan’s family have worked in the social care sector for nearly 40 years. Prior to Bluebird Care, Jonathan spent most of his career in account management servicing large multinationals within the IT and Telecoms sector. Vanessa is a trained therapist with 15 years of experience in providing health and beauty treatments and managing key accounts. Together, they share a passion for quality and for ‘getting things right’ for their customers. Their winning formula has been to care for their customers by caring for their team. Recruiting and retaining the very best people, who possess the gifts of kindness, compassion and selflessness, has been the bedrock of their service.

Louise is a dedicated Care Manager with over 15 years of experience in the care sector. Louise has spent the past three years as a Registered Manager, following three years as a Deputy Manager, supporting teams and ensuring the highest standards of care. Passionate about making a positive difference in people’s lives, Louise focuses on creating a supportive environment for both staff and service users, combining experience, compassion, and leadership to deliver exceptional care every day. Outside of work, she enjoys walking and playing golf, spending quality time with friends and family.

Originally from Harare, Zimbabwe, Tendai joined Bluebird Care Wiltshire South in 2023 and quickly became a valued member of the team. With four years’ experience in care, she combines skill with a naturally warm, bubbly personality. Her dedication and ability to build strong relationships saw her recently promoted to Care Supervisor, where she continues to make a real difference to customers’ lives. Outside of work, Tendai enjoys reading — especially books adapted for film or TV — and exploring the Wiltshire countryside. She believes that kindness and genuine connection are at the heart of great care.

Leanne, our Care Coordinator, brings over 14 years of healthcare experience in roles ranging from Care Assistant to Client Support Manager. Her wide-ranging experience has given her a deep understanding of the importance of compassion, consistency, and professionalism in delivering high-quality care. She joined Bluebird Care because of its reputation for person-centred services and its supportive team culture. Outside of work, Leanne enjoys spending time with family and friends, exploring new places, and even playing the occasional game of bingo for fun. She believes every person deserves to feel valued, respected, and supported.

Debi is our Marketing Coordinator and brings many years of experience from the advertising, direct marketing and communications industry to continually keep our presence and marketing fresh and relevant.
