We have been very impressed with the service we have received from Bluebird Care Wiltshire South over many months. We have been used to getting up early in the morning and so requested a 7am visit to bed, wash and dress my husband and hoist him to his chair. Without exception a carer arrives on time, with a smile on her face and a gentle and caring manner. Whatever the weather they arrive as promised and we have never been let down. They are well trained, professional at all times, wear full PPE and go out of their way to ensure that my husband is as comfortable as possible at all times. I always feel very safe leaving him in their care. I would say that they all go over and above what we expect of them, to make sure both my husband and myself are happy and comfortable when they leave and we have never felt the visit is rushed. They are an excellent company and we feel lucky to be in their care.
Thank you very much for leaving such a positive review. It really is wonderful to know the care team go above and beyond whilst delivering care to your husband, and they act in such a professional manner at all times.
Very friendly, efficient help.
Thank you for your positive review. We are very glad to hear that the care is going very well currently. We always aim to provide outstanding care to our customers at all times.

I was recommended to Bluebird Care and so pleased I contacted them. Their care for my mother is exceptional. The Carer’s are all very well trained and have vast experience of the kind of care required. They have assisted with the responsibility of daily care which has helped me enormously. They are always on the end of the phone if needs be and offer valuable knowledge. Nothing is too much trouble and my mother always enjoys their company. During these uncertain times they have worked professionally and the continued care has never been a problem. I would not hesitate to recommend at all and already have.

Overall the care I have received is very good. Main carer's breaks have not always been successful in terms of the relief carer. Sometimes very good and sometimes very poor. More recently I have been happy with the arrangements.
Thank you for your review. That's a shame to hear that things haven't always gone as smoothly as you would have liked, however, we are glad to see that things have now improved and we are very much hoping the care provided now is so much better. Please do let us know if there is anything we can do at all. Many thanks.
So far, so good. Early days, some better than others.
Kindest Regards

I am extremely happy with the care that your carers give to my father. They are very polite and help him with all his needs. They give him a choice of meals and serve it nicely. They clear up afterwards and keep the kitchen clean and tidy. They always contact me if they are concerned about my father. They make sure he takes his medication and give him plenty to drink to prevent UTI's.
Thank you for such a positive review, the care team always said how much they enjoyed visiting your father and it is always lovely to see how much they genuinely cared. He is very much well-liked by the team and we all hope you are all keeping well.
The care is going quite nicely in this very difficult period of national emergency.
All the carers always take the time to involve my wife in everything that they do.
The carers arrive on time and look after my wife very well.
I have found my carers very good and helpful. However, my only gripe is the cost that I find increasingly difficult to meet.
I am generally very happy with the care. The carers are very helpful and polite.
Thank you for taking the time to review the care that we provide for your Mother. We value your comments and kind words and take all feedback seriously. As always, if we can be of any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Bluebird Care Agency took care of my elderly mother-in-law for over a year with three calls a day. My mother-in-law really looked forward to her carer's visits and enjoyed their company whilst they made sure she received her meds, meals and that she was ready for her day and made ready for bed. I have no hesitation in recommending their services.

Meet the Team (6)
Peter’s first experience arranging care was filled with frustration and anxiety due to poor customer service and a lack of support. This inspired him to create a better way. Now, with over a decade of industry experience, he owns and manages multiple London-based Bluebird Care offices. Prior to embarking on his journey in care, Peter earned a law degree and worked for an NGO in New Delhi, advocating for policy changes to improve lives. This passion for transformative change is reflected in his leadership of the Bluebird Care Wiltshire South office, which he manages, rated as ‘Good’ services by the CQC. Peter’s mission is to empower clients to live well in the comfort of their home by creating the best in-home care and support. He prioritises delivering compassionate, professional care that he would trust for his own family, which is reflected in building his business largely through referrals and recommendations. With Bluebird franchise partner, Tim Rowland-Jones, they now operate the largest multi-branch franchise business within the Bluebird Care network, providing home care services across Southwest England, Oxfordshire and London.
Tim brings extensive business management experience to his role overseeing Bluebird Care Wiltshire South. Before venturing into home care, he led a successful multi-channel retail business. However, his perspective changed when his grandfather’s dementia highlighted the urgent need for high-quality, compassionate care. This personal experience inspired him to open his first Bluebird Care office in Bath, where they have provided a high-quality service for over a decade, achieving an ‘Outstanding’ CQC rating for the branch. Tim is dedicated to making a difference and ensures all carers receive advanced training, allowing them to specialise in areas such as dementia, post-op rehabilitation, Parkinson’s, and complex care. He is focused on matching clients with the right carers based on personality and expertise, ensuring a truly personalised service. His own father now benefits from live-in care, fuelling his ongoing commitment to provide exceptional services to his local communities. With Bluebird franchise partner, Peter Slough, they now operate the largest multi-branch franchise business within the Bluebird Care network, providing home care services across Southwest England, Oxfordshire and London.

She works diligently to ensure that the organisation not only meets but exceeds the stringent requirements set by the CQC, safeguarding the well-being of customers and maintaining trust with families. Melony’s journey into the care sector began in 2004 after an accomplished career in the pharmaceutical industry. Before this, she completed vital work for the Cardiff Drugs and Alcohol Unit.
