I was recommended to Bluebird Care and so pleased I contacted them. Their care for my mother is exceptional. The Carer’s are all very well trained and have vast experience of the kind of care required. They have assisted with the responsibility of daily care which has helped me enormously. They are
always on the end of the phone if needs be and offer valuable knowledge. Nothing is too much trouble and my mother always enjoys their company. During these uncertain times they have worked professionally and the continued care has never been a problem. I would not hesitate to recommend at all and already have.

Overall the care I have received is very good. Main carer's breaks have not always been successful in terms of the relief carer. Sometimes very good and sometimes very poor. More recently I have been happy with the arrangements.

I am extremely happy with the care that your carers give to my father. They are very polite and help him with all his needs. They give him a choice of meals and serve it nicely. They clear up afterwards and keep the kitchen clean and tidy. They always contact me if they are concerned about my father.
They make sure he takes his medication and give him plenty to drink to prevent UTI's.

Bluebird Care Agency took care of my elderly mother-in-law for over a year with three calls a day. My mother-in-law really looked forward to her carer's visits and enjoyed their company whilst they made sure she received her meds, meals and that she was ready for her day and made ready for bed.
