Bluebird Care Elmbridge is celebrating a very special milestone - Kayley’s 10th anniversary with the company.

From the very beginning, Kayley has inspired the carers she supports and become the hub of the business, not only in Elmbridge but also in supporting the Bluebird Care office in Salisbury (Wiltshire South). Her impact extends far beyond the office, making a meaningful difference in the lives of customers and their families.

With her sharp business vision, caring heart, and brilliant sense of humour, Kayley lifts everyone around her. Her dedication, high standards, and natural leadership have also earned her national recognition, this year she was named Registered Care Manager of the Year in the Bluebird Care Regional Awards.
