Included within the Healthline Pro service:- • Monthly clinical checks • Weekly welfare telephone call • 6 monthly care audit • Care advice line 9-4 Monday to Friday • GP Liaison if required • Rapid response assessments if need change

Families have told us that they needed extra support and reassurance for their loved one but they were not quite ready to have regular visiting carers, this is how Healthline Pro came to be!
