With over 15 years of experience in the health and social care sector, I have led both strategic and operational initiatives to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred services. As a nurse by profession, I hold a Master’s degree in Leadership & Management from the Chartered Management Institute. My clinical background, combined with my leadership and management expertise, fuels my commitment to fostering a culture of ethical and servant leadership across all levels of the organisation.

I firmly believe that personal and ethical leadership is the foundation of excellence, innovation, and sustainability in health and social care. By championing emotional intelligence and strong relationships, I am passionate about empowering my teams, supporting colleagues, and enabling the people we care for to thrive.

As Director and CQC Nominated Individual for Prestige Nursing & Care in Chichester, I am proud to lead a passionate and dedicated team. Together, we are committed to delivering exceptional care experiences—prioritising people before process—and consistently achieving positive outcomes with compassion, integrity, and professionalism, supporting individuals in the comfort of their own communities.

I am a registered nurse with over 18 years of experience in delivering and leading various healthcare services across the UK, Finland, and other international settings. Throughout my career, I have worked across a range of clinical environments, including acute care as well as community-based support.

I am passionate about researching & innovating complex and specialist care delivered in the home while embedding high standards in homecare, where personalised, dignified, and responsive care makes a meaningful difference to people’s lives. I believe in empowering teams, fostering a positive culture, and ensuring that care delivery is not only clinically robust but also rooted in compassion and respect.

As Director and Co-Owner of Prestige Nursing & Care in Chichester, I am proud to work alongside a skilled and committed team to provide safe, effective, and person-centred care in the community. Together, we are focused on achieving outstanding outcomes and supporting people to live well in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes.

I’m Marie, and I qualified as a Registered Nurse in 2006 after studying at Southampton University. Since then, my career has been dedicated to working in elderly care, with a particular focus on acquired brain injuries, dementia and end-of-life care.

For the past 14 years, I have held management roles within care settings, where my passion has always been to deliver the highest standard of care to individuals who need support at the most vulnerable times in their lives. My goal is to create an environment where everyone feels safe, respected, and cared for with dignity. I’m fully trained in complex clinical care and take great pride in mentoring and supporting care teams to grow in confidence and deliver exceptional care.

Whether supporting clients, families, or staff, my approach is always rooted in compassion, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to improving lives. I previously worked for Prestige between 2019 and 2022, and it has been a pleasure to return to the team to continue to help grow the complex team to enable more people to remain at home and independent for as long as they can.
