As a nurse by profession, I hold a Master’s degree in Leadership & Management from the Chartered Management Institute. My clinical background, combined with my leadership and management expertise, fuels my commitment to fostering a culture of ethical and servant leadership across all levels of the organisation.

I am a registered nurse with over 18 years of experience in delivering and leading various healthcare services across the UK, Finland, and other international settings. Throughout my career, I have worked across a range of clinical environments, including acute care as well as community-based support.

I am passionate about researching & innovating complex and specialist care delivered in the home while embedding high standards in homecare, where personalised, dignified, and responsive care makes a meaningful difference to people’s lives. I believe in empowering teams, fostering a positive culture, and ensuring that care delivery is not only clinically robust but also rooted in compassion and respect.

Emma Bayley is our Customer Relations Manager at Prestige Nursing and Care Chichester.

Emma has worked in Health and Social Care for over 20 years and has extensive experience of working with individuals receiving residential, nursing and dementia care. Emma’s main focus is building lasting and effective relationships with clients, care colleagues, families, healthcare professionals and our local community, ensuring trust is at the heart of everything we do. Emma has worked in both West Sussex and Hampshire, so her local knowledge and professional contacts ensure we are raising awareness of the services Prestige Nursing and Care Chichester can provide to individuals in the comfort and safety of the place they love most, their own home.

My name is Laura, and I have been working in the home care sector for over 13 years. I started as a carer and with training and experience progressed to Care Coordinator, with some great help along the way. I am keen to give that help to my care colleagues to ensure they reach their full potential.

I am so excited to be part of Prestige Nursing and Care Chichester. What appealed to me the most is the opportunity to support the new branch opening and being able to watch it grow from the very beginning!
