Prestige have been providing care for my mum since December 2025. She had a hospital stay and a couple of respite stays as she wasn't managing well at home. The carers have enabled her to stay at home and for me to have peace of mind that she is safe and well. Communication is excellent - any issues
observed on a care call are reported to me in a timely way.

I enjoy the company. I am also happy witt the work carried out. The cleaning is completed to a high standard this allows me to be more independent when carers are not here. It also enable me to have a clutter free environment which then helps my mobility moving around my property.

Prestige nursing and care provider morning care 7 days a week for our elderly deteriorating relative enabling them to remain at home in their own environment. They seem to have somehow become and addition to our already 4 generation extended family unit. The caregivers all seem to be happy, conscientious,
caring people, with no task or job to much trouble to perform. They allow the client to do as much of their own care as they are able to, and only assisting when it becomes obvious they need to step in with a helping hand. This individuality has made for a trusting caring safe environment that the client appreciates and has high praise for all staff especially the more experienced and frequent attendees. It's given us the family peace of mind knowing our loved one is so well cared for.

Prestige Nursing & Care have been supporting my father since his diagnosis of Parkinson's and Dementia, and we are incredibly grateful for the care they provide. When we first reached out, the manager came out immediately, assessed our situation, and put a care package in place very quickly. I honestly

Prestige Nursing & Care supported my father during his end-of-life care after his diagnosis of Creutzfeldt-Jakob Disease (CJD). From the very beginning, they responded immediately and put a care package in place quickly, which was a huge relief at such a devastating time for our family. I truly can't

Prestige have been a god send looking after my father who is unable to do a lot of things for himself. We only have them in for a few hours in the morning when he gets up, but those few hours takes the pressure off of my wife and I who look after him the rest of the day.
All the staff are very friendly
and helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them, while giving my father (and us) peace of mind and gaining his trust. They have become part of our family and will always go that extra mile to make sure Dad is ok and comfortable and has all his needs met.

Prestige are fulfilling a very important role as personal assistants/care assistants to our aunt who has particular needs, covering the weekends. This is an important part of the support network and plan for our aunt, helping to provide care support for those days and filling an important part of that
plan, ensuring daily cover as part of a weekly plan. They also provide cover when necessary to our other private carers, covering Mondays to Fridays and particular times of year, such as Christmas. The service and care that they give is excellent. The carers are friendly, polite, professional, kind, understanding, patient and tactful. They take their duties very seriously and always work towards my aunt's needs. We don't want to single out any particular carers, because they are all very good, they work well as a team and all contribute to our aunt's care. Management are very good, extremely helpful and understanding, friendly and approachable, very committed and well organised.

From the first communication with Prestige Nursing & Care the service and care provided has been excellent. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Unfortunately my partner only needed home care for 5 days but during that time he mainly had the same carer every visit, a familiarity which helped with a new
and difficult situation, and helped to get into a routine quicker. The carer was always on time and often stayed beyond her time so she could carry out all that she needed to do for my partner's comfort and well being.
Changes in his condition were communicated to Head Office so that changes in his care were put into effect as soon as possible.
We are lucky to live close to the Offices and whenever I needed extra help or advice I only had to phone and someone would be ringing on the doorbell available to help.
I would like to thank all the staff at Prestige, carers, staff and management for making it possible for my partner to spend his last few days at home in comfort and peace.

The Prestige team supported Dad all through 2025, with daily visits of about 3 hours. Dad had been diagnosed with terminal kidney cancer in 2024 and sadly passed away in January 2026.


The support from the Prestige team was nothing short of excellent. Will and the team put together a great team of

carers and they became much more than carers but friends to Dad and us a family. I couldn't speak highly enough of the quality of the carers. I would like to particularly thank Pippa, Kim, Nikki, Lisa and Sab.


On behalf of Dad and our family I would like to say a huge thank you for what you did to support all of us. I would highly recommend your organisation to others needing similar support

Rachaela and her team from Prestige have been organising carers for my parents for the last three years.


Their service level has been exceptional, even when put under pressure to find cover at the last minute following sudden changes in our requirements, which unfortunately is an unavoidable and

common occurrence when dealing with severe disabilities.


Rachaela responds quickly to our requests and is always patient, understanding, and keen to find solutions which will work for my parents.


The carers themselves and always willing to go the extra mile to offer support and highest level of care. They clearly put the service user's needs first and foremost and do so with a smile and kind word. Those that I have met have been excellent ambassadors for their company!
