We are really so grateful to Michelle, Gemma and all the Prestige team who visit and provide professional care to my father-in-law in Bracknell. My father-in-law has early-stage dementia with advanced prostate cancer and we really didn't know how to manage his increasing needs. The process of signing up to Prestige care was remarkably simple which was such a relief to us at a critical time. Michell and Gemma are clearly very experienced; they listened to everything we said and came up with an excellent care plan. The daily 45min visits have created a daily routine for my father-in-law which has led to all sorts of benefits for him, e.g. more alert, better mobility, increased motivation, and a cleaner more ordered household. Even the App used by Prestige to record what happens during each visit is really helpful and easy to use. We are sincerely very grateful to everyone at Prestige who is a part of our care journey. The carers from Pestige in Bracknell look after my sister extremely well and have been doing so for over 6 years. All the carers are upbeat and enjoy lively conversation and a laugh with her while helping her with exercises related to her care. They are all dedicated and arrive on time for thier calls. She has had several male carers who are equally good and respectful of her requests and wishes. She now needs 2 carers for some visits due to transferring issues but there is no talking over her head. She is included in all conversations. My sister is always given a choice when possible, e.g. which meals to have or when hair washes occur. The service received is very good and I would recommend this company to anyone looking for carers.

The first thing I'd like to say is that Prestige Wakefield provide not only the highest standard of care, but they also treat me with empathy and treat me as a human being.

I have extremely high complex needs - for example the conditions I have are::Muscular Dystrophy; Tracheostomy; Ventilator,; Ad-hoc chest suctioning ; Arthritis ; Anxiety.

My 24/7 care team are trained to a very high standard which enables me to live my life as independently as possible with help from them when I ask for help, but they are very respectful in understanding how difficult it can be having someone with me 24/7.

Having a care team that has the high standard of training enables me to do whatever activity I want knowing that they can deal with any eventuality that could arise, this lowers my anxiety levels which in turn reduces the need for chest suctioning as I have lower levers of secretions on my chest.

It is always a worry inviting strangers to enter your vulnerable loved one's home and become part of your lives but Prestige Chingford and their wonderful carers are simply excellent. Mum and Dad were adamant they did not want to spend their senior years in a care home, also avoiding hospitals if possible, and we intensely felt the same. For 6 years Prestige Chingford enabled us to honour their wishes to stay happy and safe in their own home, (even despite eventual medical problems and dementia), up until each of their passings peacefully in their sleep in their own bed surrounded by family at 94 and 96 years respectively. Even at those devastating times Prestige were with us giving us comfort and reassurance. If there was ever a problem the office would always respond quickly providing over and above time and assistance if required. We will never forget how Prestige Chingford helped our parents and us. They cared for them with dignity, understanding, patience and love. They became true friends rather than just service providers. We would strongly, strongly recommend Prestige Chingford to anyone who wants the best for the people they cherish. We will always love you guys.

Halesworth Prestige, you are simply amazing. My husband has been with you since January 2024 and we cannot praise you highly enough. You make our lives so much easier and you do it all with good humour and a smile. Jackie, the manager, is very approachable and you can tell she cares deeply about all the clients and the wonderful team of carers. We feel as if we are part of a family rather than a business. Communication is first class and the carers are so professional in everything they do, treating him with dignity and respect when providing personal care and praise and encouragement when helping him to move around and/or do physio exercises to maintain his mobility. I recently went away for one week and we both had total faith in Prestige to look after him. Choosing you for my husband's care was the best decision we ever made and we are grateful every day for what you do.

We have been using Prestige for almost 10 years. We cannot fault their service. All the staff are kind, friendly and caring. My mum has never complained! They contact me with any concerns and if they are worried about mum's health, they immediately let me know. They are on hand for anything that crops up, big or small. Regular reviews, checks, to make sure everything is ok. I'm not sure how we would mange without them. A big shout out for Gill and Rachaela, but there are too many amazing people here to name them all!

I have received some poor nursing care recently, so asked Prestige Nursing to take over the care of my leg wounds, and provide me with carers. I am extremely grateful for the excellent, reasonably priced care I am receiving from them, and I very highly recommend this five star team.

Prestige have been providing care for my mum since December 2025. She had a hospital stay and a couple of respite stays as she wasn't managing well at home. The carers have enabled her to stay at home and for me to have peace of mind that she is safe and well. Communication is excellent - any issues observed on a care call are reported to me in a timely way.

I enjoy the company. I am also happy witt the work carried out. The cleaning is completed to a high standard this allows me to be more independent when carers are not here. It also enable me to have a clutter free environment which then helps my mobility moving around my property.

Very good nurses and carers. Chandani who owns the franchise is absolutely lush and I have very good banter and a great repore with her. Very good carers like lou who I get on with very well. They genuinely care about me and it's very appreciated.

Organizing the care for my parents was very easy and quick to initiate. Everything was very well explained and the company was very flexible. The carers were always prompt and very conscientious providing care for 2hrs per day for essential assistance during a difficult time.

Prestige nursing and care provider morning care 7 days a week for our elderly deteriorating relative enabling them to remain at home in their own environment. They seem to have somehow become and addition to our already 4 generation extended family unit. The caregivers all seem to be happy, conscientious, caring people, with no task or job to much trouble to perform. They allow the client to do as much of their own care as they are able to, and only assisting when it becomes obvious they need to step in with a helping hand. This individuality has made for a trusting caring safe environment that the client appreciates and has high praise for all staff especially the more experienced and frequent attendees. It's given us the family peace of mind knowing our loved one is so well cared for.

All the staff are very friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them, while giving my father (and us) peace of mind and gaining his trust. They have become part of our family and will always go that extra mile to make sure Dad is ok and comfortable and has all his needs met.

I was looking for someone to sit with my husband whilst I went out, at very short notice Prestige Nurses were able to help out, the field care manager came out to arrange things and a nurse came the next evening to look after my husband. I would thoroughly recommend this company for the help and professionalism.

Prestige are fulfilling a very important role as personal assistants/care assistants to our aunt who has particular needs, covering the weekends. This is an important part of the support network and plan for our aunt, helping to provide care support for those days and filling an important part of that plan, ensuring daily cover as part of a weekly plan. They also provide cover when necessary to our other private carers, covering Mondays to Fridays and particular times of year, such as Christmas. The service and care that they give is excellent. The carers are friendly, polite, professional, kind, understanding, patient and tactful. They take their duties very seriously and always work towards my aunt's needs. We don't want to single out any particular carers, because they are all very good, they work well as a team and all contribute to our aunt's care. Management are very good, extremely helpful and understanding, friendly and approachable, very committed and well organised.

I would like to thank all the staff at Prestige, carers, staff and management for making it possible for my partner to spend his last few days at home in comfort and peace.
