Prestige Nursing & Care (Northampton)

I have a team of 6 lovely carers who care for me, 2 main ladies and the other 4 cover absences/hols etc. 4 days a week. Being disabled they help me with house chores, admin, medical appointments and most important outings which helps with my mental health. I really appreciate all these help. I shielded thro covid which left me with very bad anxiety and basically a fear of going out. I can't thank'S' enough for her support in helping me get out&about again cos of her mannerisms she made me feel relaxed & that everything was on my terms and nothing ever rushed (motherly). She also recognized my partner had DVT when he couldn't get GP appointment and got him to call 111 and got the help he needed so thank goodness for 'S'. 'T' ive had since the start approx 18months. Office staff very helpful since day 1. A new lady started in the office 'A' she rung me to introduce herself which waz nice. Another lady 'T' just started in office and 'A' is going to bring her to my hse 2 introduce her

Cannot fault the service my Mother has received, the carers are brilliant , Mum has a fantastic relationship with them ..they go over and above , Alberta , Liberty and Georgia are excellent and make Mum feel so relaxed and safe , and I am so grateful that this allows Mum to stay in her own house which she so desperately wants to do

I was looking for someone to sit with my husband whilst I went out, at very short notice Prestige Nurses were able to help out, the field care manager came out to arrange things and a nurse came the next evening to look after my husband. I would thoroughly recommend this company for the help and professionalism.

We currently use Prestige's services to provide care for our mum when we take our respite breaks. The staff are fantastic, from the wonderful woman who visits and then efficiently arranges it all, to each of the carers who takes time to chat to our mum and see to her needs for the hour they are visiting her. They are prompt, reliable and kind. It's such a relief to know our mum is being well cared for when we cannot be there. Thank you, Prestige!

I am very happy with Uncle's care. Prestige's staff and carers are very helpful, friendly and reliable. They genuinely do CARE. Uncle is happy and managing so much better with Prestige's help. I would definitely recommend them.

Excellent and friendly service all the staff are very friendly and helpful to me and my cat. They do what I want, some house work , feed the cat take me for a drive, and chat to me. Very good company.

We normally have one representative, which has differed through the years with back up hard to follow on short notice. All is good and happy, apart from when either side has to cancel due to life challenges.

My mum is very happy with the service and she looks forward to her weekly visits. She enjoys the company of the care staff and the conversations they share. Mum gets excited about her visits like it is a visit from a family member and siblings are extremely happy with the service Mum receives.

He has 24-hour care and has six different carers all go above and beyond, he's taken out regularly socially and he's been taken to a seaside town twice for a holiday and loved every minute.

I have a lot in common with my carer, we both love the same music. I have been encouraged to do lots of things such as swimming, gaming, shopping, and eating out. I have been helped to broaden my horizons. I’m very happy with Prestige.

I have been looked after very well. Prestige has made it possible for me to stay at home. I'm happy and feel very lucky to have the care I have. I have fun with my staff. Staff looked after my husband first then myself. Have had Prestige as a care company for many years.

All good, prompt mostly. Occasional no-shows due to sickness but on the whole very satisfactory.

Prestige has gone above and beyond to ensure my mum's needs are met. We initially met with the manager in Mum's home where she noted all our requests and then matched her carer to her after very careful consideration. My mother has very specific needs and engages with a certain type of person. They need to be kind, gentle, a good listener, someone who can chat about cultural or sporting events and definitely someone who is interested in books and world affairs. An outward-looking person. She has certainly landed on her feet with her current carer who has been with her since we started the care package last January. We, as a family, are all very comfortable rubbing along with the carer as she is very easy to be with and it feels very natural to have her around. Over the months, she has built a warm, trusting relationship with Mum and we really couldn't be happier with the service she provides. We would like to add more care into the week but Prestige currently have a shortage of carers.

Prestige has looked after my mum for the last year and I have been very happy with the service that was provided. Everyone has been extremely caring and had mum's best interests at heart. I felt completely at ease as soon as I met the team and discussed mum's needs. As time went by we then increased the package of care and this was done seamlessly. Considering there is such a shortage of staff within the industry, we rarely had issues with cover and I felt reassured that mum would be looked after every day, which was such a relief. I would highly recommend Prestige and have only thanks and gratitude for all their support during a difficult time.

Used Prestige Nursing & Care for a number of years and found them very good and our carer is amazing with our son.

The care plan agreed earlier this summer appears to have settled down now that the summer holiday period is over. Father is more contented with arrangements although the resolution of a less serious health issue has I believe helped to contribute towards this.

My husband has had excellent help from the Prestige carers. Only one carer didn't 'fit' in very well - but she doesn't come to us now. Otherwise, we have found the carers to be very courteous.

I am happy with the service from Prestige. The ladies are competent, friendly and punctual.
