Halesworth Prestige, you are simply amazing. My husband has been with you since January 2024 and we cannot praise you highly enough. You make our lives so much easier and you do it all with good humour and a smile. Jackie, the manager, is very approachable and you can tell she cares deeply about all the clients and the wonderful team of carers. We feel as if we are part of a family rather than a business. Communication is first class and the carers are so professional in everything they do, treating him with dignity and respect when providing personal care and praise and encouragement when helping him to move around and/or do physio exercises to maintain his mobility. I recently went away for one week and we both had total faith in Prestige to look after him. Choosing you for my husband's care was the best decision we ever made and we are grateful every day for what you do.
Halesworth branch provides excellent care by excellent carers. Have had no problems. Very helpful. Carers always polite and helpful. Very professional.
The ladies that work for Prestige are always so caring and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. As my mobility is limited, and I'm registered disabled, daily tasks can be a challenge. I usually look forward to the coming of my carers. I like them to be communicative and have found them to be helpful. It does irritate me that the carer has to write notes of her visit to me in my time. Cheerfulness on their part is always welcome. I do think they should have some travelling time.

The support work staff have developed amazingly positive working relationships with Maureen. They have had brilliant success in encouraging improved personal care (strip washes, showers, hair wash) and improved health and nutrition. They 'go the extra mile'' by organising brilliant trips out, often related to Maureen's skills and interests. The office staff are all amazingly supportive, flexible and innovative.

Staff and carers always on time, always cheerful and friendly. I look forward to their visit, as it feels like a friend calling, we always have a nice conversation. I am very appreciative of the service provided, and know that if I need extra help, it will be available from people I know and trust.

Jackie and the team have been amazing over the last 6 months, since they started providing care for my Dad in May 2025
My Dad has Alzheimer's and so needs help preparing food and taking his medication. The Team not only do that but they are great company for Dad, twice per day, but they also provide piece of mind that Dad is doing ok
The Team have supported when things haven't gone to plan, without questioning.
They are all so friendly and caring, Dad gets on incredibly well with everyone
I am confident that without their support Dad would no longer be able to live independently and would have to go in a care home

Prestige has been fabulous at looking after my Mum. Mum has Alzheimer's and still lives at home but was starting to struggle to cope with the basics of life and looking after herself and the house without significant extra support earlier this year. All the ladies who have visited Mum have been great. Not only do they all seem caring and friendly but have been very proactive and helpful - for example going out to buy extra ready meals when the regular home delivery provider had a temporary problem, spotting Mum had a skin problem and getting her a prescription from her GP/pharmacy. They have also put in place sensible checks, such as checking the fall alarm and smoke alarm without me asking them to do so and they call me to report any concerns or observations from time to time. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Our client is a well-loved client of Halesworth Prestige. She will reach the grand old age of 101 years in June and continues to be very spritely and share jokes with the girls, an avid football fan for over 85 years.

I migrated from another agency in town to Prestige. The other agency provided good care, but the coordination of times, dates and invoices lacked precision. I've had good care from Prestige and the admin is much better. I was familiar with some of the staff because they too have migrated from the other agency to Prestige. Overall, a friendly and efficient service.
We have been so happy with the care and diligence shown by the carers since Prestige started to support my mum. Nothing is too much trouble. My mum looks forward to their visits and as a result has a much rosier outlook on life. I cannot recommend Prestige enough. Thank you Jackie and the team.
