time to talk to my Mum about her interests and got to know more about her before matching her up with her lovely carers. Prestige maintains good ongoing communication, sending weekly emails to me (with the following week's rota), which is really helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend Prestige - I was impressed by their professional and caring attitude from the very first contact and Mum is happy too.

Since April, my mum's care needs have increased and she needs help three times daily. Prestige were able to adjust my mum's care package to meet her new requirements. Not only is this re-assuring for my mum but for the family too.
It is very easy to contact and communicate with Prestige staff and they are very approachable and try to go the extra distance to ensure that my mum's needs are appropriately and safely met. The record-keeping and other administrative support, such as the publication of rosters and invoices, is also excellent.
