I was asked to find care for a client at short notice and I am grateful for their responsiveness and compassion shown to my client. My client was reluctant to have care but the teams approach and gentle nature made the decision easier and she is thriving now.

and they keep my client updated if a carer is running late which is very much appreciated.

I can not fault the carers my father has, the same carers have been looking after him consistently 2020. Nothing is ever too much for them and they know him really well. They arrange everything including making sure his medication is ordered and collected before he runs out, taking all the pressure
and stress away from myself, they communicate any changes and keep me well informed, we work as a team caring for Dad. My father is extremely settled with them and looks forward to their visits, telling them if he has any worries.
The care given by them is Excellent, they communicate incredibly well with myself, my father and other family members.
I cannot recommend these ladies highly enough.
There has been a recent change of management, and like all things new a few teething problems getting used to the new system, however communication has been good, I am always contacted back if necessary or requested.
I am overall completely satisfied with the company and recommend highly.

I'm very happy with the care my son receives from Prestige. The carers are very understanding of my son's needs and always reassuring. If there are any issues they promptly get in touch with me. If need arises extra care can quickly be arranged as was the case recently when I was away to provide extra
back up. All in all a first class service .

May I say how delighted we are with the service that we are receiving from Prestige Nursing and Care based in Chichester, in particular Christina and John who are outstanding, for the care that they are providing to my Mother. Christina has a very gentle and caring manner towards her, nothing is too
much trouble and any question is always answered,
Christina has always been kind and respectful ,which has been so important to my Mother.
The whole team have been so informative and have contacted the Drs surgery on our behalf ,to help with the treatment plan .I would very happily use this service again, and will be continuing to do so.

Having had a spell in hospital over the Christmas period with a serious illness/chest infection I returned home and my carers went the extra mile in looking after me when I was in a bad way. They helped to gradually over several weeks get me out of bed to be able to sit in the lounge again. I have about
nine different carers to help every day, one does my shopping and then two carers for four visits a day. I would not be able to cope without my carers.

I cannot fault the care given to my parents over the last 3 years. We have used the night care as well as visits 3 times a day. The carers are amazing and go above and beyond for the people they care for. Keep family members in the loop and update if necessary. When we did encounter a concern it was
dealt with immediately. The care given to Mum before, during and after her passing was exceptional! The same carers are still with Dad.

The service provided to Dad is very good. The carers are efficient and friendly and they have a good rapport.
I found the office staff and management empathetic while Dad was in hospital for a few weeks during this period.

Great carers, very professional but lack backup correct care plans, risk assessments or method statements from their direct management. Due to a serious lack of communications, and administration with outdated care plans (4years). We had to report to the relevant authorities.

Lack of professional manner, respect and communication with us (family/main carers) and family wishes and safeguards. Having to ask staff on an occasion to cover mother during personal care, to keep her dignity. Males are present in the room. The final straw of being unprofessional was being shouted/very raised voice by a junior member of staff which resulted in requesting a change of care company.

Regretfully with the change in the needs of the family, after seven years we sadly are no longer able to care for your Mother. I am sorry that you hadn't been informed by other family members regarding your Mothers’s updated care plan in November last year. We have not been contacted by the relevant authorities about the report that you mention making nor do we have a record of a complaint about a colleague raising their voice or the family’s concerns around the level of dignity shown to your Mother. Our aim is to provide the best possible care to those we support, and this is something we take very seriously so if you would like to share this information with us directly, we will conduct a full investigation. We wish you all and your family all the very best for the future.
