We are really so grateful to Michelle, Gemma and all the Prestige team who visit and provide professional care to my father-in-law in Bracknell. My father-in-law has early-stage dementia with advanced prostate cancer and we really didn't know how to manage his increasing needs. The process of signing up to Prestige care was remarkably simple which was such a relief to us at a critical time. Michell and Gemma are clearly very experienced; they listened to everything we said and came up with an excellent care plan. The daily 45min visits have created a daily routine for my father-in-law which has led to all sorts of benefits for him, e.g. more alert, better mobility, increased motivation, and a cleaner more ordered household. Even the App used by Prestige to record what happens during each visit is really helpful and easy to use. We are sincerely very grateful to everyone at Prestige who is a part of our care journey. The carers from Pestige in Bracknell look after my sister extremely well and have been doing so for over 6 years. All the carers are upbeat and enjoy lively conversation and a laugh with her while helping her with exercises related to her care. They are all dedicated and arrive on time for thier calls. She has had several male carers who are equally good and respectful of her requests and wishes. She now needs 2 carers for some visits due to transferring issues but there is no talking over her head. She is included in all conversations. My sister is always given a choice when possible, e.g. which meals to have or when hair washes occur. The service received is very good and I would recommend this company to anyone looking for carers.

Prestige Care in Bracknell have been providing care for our Mum since the start of 2023. We feel the whole team offer Mum such a personal service, and they have got to her know needs and routine extremely well. The carers have developed a great relationship with Mum, resulting in her feeling very comfortable and happy with everything. The care team are kind, patient and supportive, and we are very grateful to all involved.

My father's life is being greatly enhanced by his wonderful carers from Prestige Nursing & Care. He looks forward to their visits and considers them friends as he is able to chat to them and share his thoughts. He has been through a difficult time lately (broken hip) and the support he has received from this company has been fantastic. All of his carers are friendly and supportive and I have confidence that they always do what is best for him. They always involve him in decisions (eg. what to have for lunch, where to sit for the day) engage him in conversation and encourage him to look after himself in the best way.

The client had used Prestige for some 4 to 5 years. Initially as an auxiliary help to the clients husband. However, when her husband passed away just before covid we helped the client implement a comprehensive daily care package of 4 visits per day. It is a credit to Prestige that all through the pandemic not once was the client missed a visit despite all the restrictions in place. The team from Prestige created more of a family atmosphere and the client had absolute trust in the carers. Sadly, the client was in hospital for two weeks prior to passing away in May 2023. Even then, carers visited the client in hospital of their own volition a true reflection of the relationships that developed between the carers and the client. Thoroughly recommend Prestige as a caring and excellent example of what the care industry can provide.

It gives me a huge amount of pleasure to put forward a review for the Prestige Nursing & Care (Bracknell). In this year, which has been a great challenge for everyone, most of all for those caring for others, Prestige Nursing & Care (Bracknell) have shown themselves to be nothing but utterly professional in all they do. My mother was in their care, she suffers from Alzheimer's and is therefore nervous of meeting new people. The carers who cared for her have managed to cross this barrier with their understanding and patience of those they look after. They were able to gain her trust through their compassionate nature, delightful manner and punctuality. I speak very highly of them when asked and will always be impressed and grateful by the way they were able to take care of my mother.

The care team have all been truly amazing with the kind, professional and warmth within each visit, each interaction and every call. To say they have been a godsend is an understatement. My father has dementia and he needed the care, my mother was not coping well and she needed the support. The ease, calmness and willingness to support and work with us was not short of brilliant, exceptional, amazing and done with love and care. I don't think I can write enough to say how much they have helped change life around for the better and how they have kept life sane and sort of normal. Please don't be in any doubt of asking for help and taking care, it's worth it for all family members. A truly great level of service. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

When Mum became increasingly immobile it was difficult for me to know what the best next step would be for her care. Having looked after her myself at home for some time I had to accept that both she and I needed significant support. A cheerful 89-year-old despite her advanced Alzheimer's she needed not "just" highly personal care but also helpers who would be understanding, patient, kind and jolly. And I needed a small, consistent team who would be professional, reliable, who would be Mum's friends and whom I could trust without any reservation. Which is exactly what we now have - after only a couple of months I now cannot imagine how we coped without the daily arrivals of Mum's "playmates". Mum is generally more engaged (or "happily tired" as she puts it after a couple of hours of craft projects with them) and my own spirits lift when I hear them ring the doorbell! Both our lives are all the better for having them on our team.

I have nothing but praise for the LifeCarers in Bracknell. They have been such a pleasure to work with whilst caring for my 92-year-old mum in order to keep her happy and safe in her own home. Their care was second to none, and everyone from the manager to her team of carers and admin all cared passionately about my mum's welfare, emotions and dignity. The manager and her team were most vigilant if anything needed medical intervention, and together, they always took prompt action to ensure the right medical assistance was given. They contacted all the necessary people, whether it was the doctors, community nurses, Social Services, pharmacies, keeping the family well-informed along the way. We always felt that my mum was in the safest of hands with people who genuinely loved their work, were highly efficient, professional and knew how to handle some challenging situations. I can not thank them enough for their constant good cheer and for bringing Mum a ray of sunshine every day!

LifeCarers have been looking after my mother for several years now. They have always been incredibly helpful, reliable, professional and communicative. In a recent event when my mother fell over they were exemplary in assisting link-up between paramedics, social worker, GP and myself. I can sincerely say that supporting my mother to continue living in her own home is only made possible by their input.

LifeCarers have been a breath of fresh air in caring for my 89-year-old mum. From my initial telephone enquiry, they have been extremely professional, friendly and above all else caring. My family and I cannot thank them enough for everything they do for mum. You’re all amazing and all mums carers you are just wonderful. Thank you all so much you have given us peace of mind and we as a family know mum is getting the very best care.

Lifecarers provided home care support for my father over several years. They evolved the level of care in that time and adapted to increasing frailty and loss of mobility. Their care and concern for my father was outstanding - often spotting conditions developing and prompting us to bring in medical intervention. But above all, they provided great continuity of personnel, so that my father always knew who was coming in to the home. He had a great relationship with many of the carers, such that when the time came to move to a nursing home he was very sad to know that he would not be seeing them again. Some of them even came to visit him in hospital (prior to his moving to the nursing home 100 miles away). Great company, great people.

The carers were cheerful, helpful and friendly, well supported by one another and frequently went beyond the call of duty. Thank you too to the friendship and support shown to my brother-in-law who, because of his personality, found the whole situation very difficult to cope with. He will miss the ongoing friendship of the team. Thank you too to those who came to the funeral and for the lovely flowers sent to the crematorium.
