The staff and management are very professional, caring, compassionate and understanding. My daughter is treated with the utmost care the staff are very diligent to her wants and needs. If they feel something is not quite right they always bring it to my attention and management. I have and will continue
to recommend this company to people in the community. Outstanding service.

I organised Palliative care for my mother with the Chingford Branch of Prestige Nursing & Care. I chose them as they are a nurse led care agency and their staff are thus highly vetted and trained. I was entirely satisfied with the care and help my mother and I received. Nothing was too much for the
management team and they accommodated the fluctuations in my mother's care needs and provision seamlessly. The management team were fastidious in ensuring I had the right carers in place. I was highly anxious in regards to getting skilled care support as my mother's needs were complex and I was especially anxious in regard to this being my mother's final moments how communication was undertaken but her spiritual needs were at the forefront of every care interaction.
I cannot thank them enough for their help.

My father has very complex needs and is very volatile, the care he receives is with care compassion and dignity.
The care does not stop with my father but extends to us all as a family which is very appreciated.
