Excellent service.

The staff visit for an hour four times a week and are all lovely. They provide an invaluable service, best care agency i have used. The office staff are so nice and helpful. 10/10

We would like to thank the staff for the continuing care of our mom on a daily basis .

They are professional, kind, friendly, considerate, approachable and make every visit as meaningful to her as they possibly can ensuring her comfort and dignity at all times.

Overall Experience

Organizing the care for my parents was very easy and quick to initiate. Everything was very well explained and the company was very flexible. The carers were always prompt and very conscientious providing care for 2hrs per day for essential assistance during a difficult time.

Vicky, Toby and the care team have been looking after my mother-in-law over the last 3 months. Within this time the care given has been exceptional in all aspects
My mother-in-law is blind and and very weak since coming out of hospital back to live at home. With Vicky, Matti, Daniella and Jenny's care, she improved with her mobility. Due to her blindness, the whole team thought of stimulating activities outside the box. They went beyond our expectations with their gentleness and care...... Second to none service
At the drop of a hat, they were available if any additional problems occurred.
I would 100 % recommend Prestige Care Services to anyone who has a loved one needing extra care at home.
