developed a lovely relationship with Dad. I really appreciate the management responsiveness and their genuine attempts to address any issues or concerns we may have. The flexibility of being able to cancel visits with 24 hour notice is wonderful, and also adjust timings of visits should Dad have appointments he needs to attend.
Dad's main concerns are changes to the schedule with no notice and occasional delays in visit timings, which I do understand are often down to traffic problems. Otherwise I would highly recommend Prestige.

I've heard people say care work is basic and needs few qualifications but the skills, compassion and energy these particular carers have is priceless and meant Mum stayed well at home for as long as possible.
