Prestige nursing & care in Plymouth have been extremely supportive, caring and efficient in providing overnight care for my relative in January 2026, prior to him going into a nursing home.
Emails and phone calls were dealt with effectively.
The night time carers were very kind and caring which
took a weight off my mind.

I am severely disabled and have been using Prestige for almost 20 years, so I feel qualified to give an honest opinion of this company and their staff. The office team work incredibly hard to ensure that my daily visits are always covered by my friendly team of carers - a task that becomes especially
challenging when someone is on annual leave.
I often need to change visit times due to other commitments, yet they always manage to ensure that a familiar face is there to support me throughout the day. I have two carers who help me get up in the morning, followed by additional visits at lunchtime and teatime. In the evening, another carer helps me get back to bed and remains with me overnight to make sure I don't encounter any difficulties during the night.
My team of carers are always punctual, courteous, and helpful. They never complain, but instead consistently provide an exceptional level of support that keeps me healthy, happy, and independent. They have my sincere respect and gratitude.

Staff always pleasant and happy and on time Most importantly if they are going to be late or time has to change office staff always take time to inform Help is willingly given when carer present can see me struggling and getting out of breath for which I'm always grateful

My husband has dementia and looks forward to his weekly 4-hour visit from the carer. they seemed to hit it off on their first meeting. Weather permitting she takes him for a walk to either the library which has a cafe or to a local cafe, where he enjoys coffee and cake. On days when I have been downtown,
people who know us both have told me that they have seen them out and that he was smiling, laughing and chatting away with her. At first, I felt guilty leaving with someone else but now I can go out relaxed knowing all is well.

Prestige has supplied carers for my husband for nearly two years. I can't fault the care taken to provide the same "team" as far as possible. His care plan is regularly reviewed. His smile when they arrive says it all, and I can enjoy some "me" time to recharge my batteries, knowing he's well cared

I was exhausted looking after my husband on my own. My husband has Lewis Body Dementia and after seven years I needed some support. Contacting Prestige Nursing & Care was the best thing I could have done. They have provided me with caring and professional staff. The service has gone above and beyond
to support myself and my husband. My husband is treated with dignity, and respect and cared for as I would care for him.

I am very pleased with the care mum is receiving from Prestige. Mum has the same carer for most of her visits, but if there is holiday cover it is always the same relief staff. She has a good continuity of care. I am emailed the timetable for the month as well as the branch providing a paper copy for
mum. There is a regular review of care and they are quick to contact me if the carer has any concerns after a visit. I have found all the office staff competent, kind and cheerful. They are knowledgeable about the individuals they provide care for and I always find them very accommodating regarding any changes to times etc.

We used Prestige Nursing for both my parents. All the staff were so caring and understanding with dementia and severe anxieties. We were always contacted with any concerns. There was a continuity of staff, so my parents knew the carers but also the carers knew them. Equally, the office staff were brilliant,
especially dealing with my mum's constant phone calls. I honestly do not know how we would have coped without this amazing team.

Prestige carers visited three times a week to prepare and cook lunch for me. They were always on time and cleaned everything up in the kitchen. On the visit, they kept me company and had a laugh, and asked me how I was doing. It made my day not so lonely because I had their company. Each one of the
carers was always polite and patient and helped me into my comfortable chair before they left.

Prestige have been exemplary in the execution of a care package for a family member. Having previously received really poor service from another care company, Prestige took over and provided exemplary care. Our two regular carers are extremely helpful, polite, empathetic and professional. The office
