The office staff are always efficient and management regularly support with paperwork and attendance for meetings when needed, invaluable with the stresses of looking after a loved one. It makes such a difference to know you can always rely on them for support and they have the best interest of our son at heart. Everyone benefits because they care.

my mum is happy and has everything she needs to hand, and have even stayed past the allocated time on the odd occasion if necessary. Mum often says how lovely the carers are. The office staff are also excellent and keep in touch on a regular basis. They have also arranged extra care visits for mum when we've needed them. Thanks to Prestige, my mum still has independence in her own home, and I would highly recommend them.

The team are the same ladies so that mum knows who's coming & they come at the allotted time, leaving notes about the visit.
Mum really enjoys the visits with the ladies & she always speaks warmly about them.
The office team are just as good, ringing us to say that mum wasn't well & could they do anything to help to being available to visit mum to update the care package.
Since having the team, it has given my sister & I reassurance that mum is able to live independently with extra support. One of the best things we have done to keep mum's independence.

Mum, who was a retired nurse, appreciated their care very much. The carers were lovely and treated Mum with dignity and respect. last week was incredible the support and assistance were amazing. Getting in touch with outside agencies ie occupational therapists and community therapists to get the equipment that we need to care for her. So this has enabled her to still live and be cared for in her home. Once again you have all gone above and beyond to help myself and her. Would definitely recommend prestige to care for my loved one.
