I'm Will, and I have worked in care since 2009, when I started as a Care Assistant in a Care Home supporting those with learning disabilities. Since then, I have worked within Supported Living, Domiciliary, and Complex Care and started working for Prestige in 2019 as the Branch Manager for the Derby Branch. In 2024, I moved to the Leicestershire Branch and have loved my time here.
I am incredibly proud that we have achieved an Outstanding rating with CQC in September 2025 and look forward to continuing to provide the best care possible for our clients.
I love learning something new every day and am lucky to be surrounded by a team of amazing colleagues who each bring their own experience and knowledge to their respective roles. Learning from them to improve the lives of our clients and carer colleagues is so satisfying.
I'm Luci, and I've worked in care for over 10 years. I started off as a Domiciliary Carer and have worked in Dementia Care Homes as well.
I joined Prestige with the Leicester Branch in 2019, working with both Domiciliary and Complex clients before moving into the office and becoming a Field Care Supervisor and, finally, a Field Care Manager. I held this role in the Derby Branch from early 2023 and rejoined the Leicester Branch later that year.
My favourite thing about my role is seeing the difference we make, especially when someone is going through something particularly challenging. I enjoy advocating for people that struggle to navigate the health and social care system, and the different professionals involved.
My name is Leanna, and I've worked in care for around 20 years. I began as a carer and worked up to being a Branch Manager before going on maternity leave. I have since joined Prestige as a carer and then became a Field Care Supervisor.
I love doing the job I do and seeing the difference it makes to people's lives. I will always go out of my way to help people and always do my best. I came out of care for a short while when I had my son, but it just wasn't for me!
I'm Sarah, and I live with my 4 children (3 grown up!) and my menagerie of animals. I have worked as a carer for Prestige since 2018 and became the Care Planner in Late 2021.
As a carer, I worked in Domiciliary Care as well as Support Worker packages and loved the variety of work I did, getting to know the people I cared for, and learning new skills. It was during this time that I achieved my Level 2 qualification in Health and Social Care.
I now look after the rotas for the Branch and am normally the first point of contact when you get in touch. Rotas can be a challenge at times, but it's great when it all comes together, and people get the care they need.
I'm Nat, and I've worked in care since the age of 16. I was a Care Assistant in a Nursing Home before going to university, where I qualified as a Paediatric Nurse in 2004. I have worked in Children's Hospitals on various wards, including Burns, Plastics, and Orthopaedics, Neurology, and General Medical wards, before moving onto a Level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit for 14 years, nursing the region's sickest and smallest infants.
My favourite part of my role is visiting our inspirational clients and their families, working closely with our amazing complex trained colleagues who are often providing intensive complex care. These carers are at the heart of what we do, and it's a real pleasure to lead them; I could not do my role without them.
