Absolutely amazing! The office staff are lovely and helpful. The carer is absolutely fantastic for my son. I never believed my son would ever take to having anyone else care for him. He loves his carer, who is friendly, fun and experienced. Great communications from all involved and the same carer each time. Consistency is key for us and we have had no issues. Very flexible if hours need to be changed.

Great care from our regular lady for overnight and Social Care, very professional as well as compasionate, Shes Always looking to make a difference when caring for my husband and also to myself ,I can completely relax when she is with us ,day or night.

I have been supported by Prestige Nursing & Care Blackpool since June 2024, I receive support from regular carers who have been able to understand my needs, preferences, wishes and routines. Prestige Nursing & Care Management and Clinical Team have provided additional training and support to the team to ensure all my needs are met.

I feel confident escalating concerns or discussing my care with management, the management team have provided care visits, quality calls and visits to ensure I am happy with the service.

Since joining Prestige Nursing & Care, I feel confident in the carers ability, competencies and I feel safe that should an emergency occur the carers know how to act and escalate. Having regular carers, has allowed them to recognising deterioration or changes to presentation enabling them to act quickly before an emergency occurs for example with my diabetes.

I can’t rate highly enough the excellent care and service provided to my friend by Prestige Nursing & Care (Cleveleys). All of the staff give me excellent feedback about my friend’s care and condition. At first I wasn’t sure just how much care would be needed but as the situation has changed, the company have adjusted as needed. My friend isn’t subject to different carers every day - there are regular carers who have got to know her and she recognises them which is ideal due to her having dementia. I am more than happy with this company.

In the end, the anxiety about the quality of care overran the whole point of respite.

Prestige Nursing East Lancashire have supported my partner for two years with her ongoing health concerns. I have found their staff to be caring, honest and reliable and am sure that they provide her with the best care. The office team are quick to respond and always make sure we are kept up to date.

Carers are good. When someone is ill - not enough carers to stand in and only give a couple of hours notice.

I was afraid at the thought of losing my independence and I have always been too proud to admit I needed the help, but I am so happy with how my life is now!! I don't have a carer ... I have a new friend !!
