Prestige Nursing & Care (Chingford)

It is always a worry inviting strangers to enter your vulnerable loved one's home and become part of your lives but Prestige Chingford and their wonderful carers are simply excellent. Mum and Dad were adamant they did not want to spend their senior years in a care home, also avoiding hospitals if possible, and we intensely felt the same. For 6 years Prestige Chingford enabled us to honour their wishes to stay happy and safe in their own home, (even despite eventual medical problems and dementia), up until each of their passings peacefully in their sleep in their own bed surrounded by family at 94 and 96 years respectively. Even at those devastating times Prestige were with us giving us comfort and reassurance. If there was ever a problem the office would always respond quickly providing over and above time and assistance if required. We will never forget how Prestige Chingford helped our parents and us. They cared for them with dignity, understanding, patience and love. They became true friends rather than just service providers. We would strongly, strongly recommend Prestige Chingford to anyone who wants the best for the people they cherish. We will always love you guys.

The staff and management are very professional, caring, compassionate and understanding. My daughter is treated with the utmost care the staff are very diligent to her wants and needs. If they feel something is not quite right they always bring it to my attention and management. I have and will continue to recommend this company to people in the community. Outstanding service.
