We have been using Prestige for almost 10 years. We cannot fault their service. All the staff are kind, friendly and caring. My mum has never complained! They contact me with any concerns and if they are worried about mum's health, they immediately let me know. They are on hand for anything that crops up, big or small. Regular reviews, checks, to make sure everything is ok. I'm not sure how we would mange without them. A big shout out for Gill and Rachaela, but there are too many amazing people here to name them all!
Thank you so much for your kind words, it has been our absolute honour to provide care for nearly 10 years.
With Warm wishes
Emma
Prestige have been providing care for my mum since December 2025. She had a hospital stay and a couple of respite stays as she wasn't managing well at home. The carers have enabled her to stay at home and for me to have peace of mind that she is safe and well. Communication is excellent - any issues observed on a care call are reported to me in a timely way.
Thank you so much for your kind words and for trusting us to care for your Mum, Karen.
Best wishes,
Emma
I cannot speak highly enough of their standard of care
They consistently do over and above what they need to be. They are respectful, polite, mindful of anything that might be going on in my life, friendly and above all, they CARE, living up to their title
On the rare occasions there has been a problem I have felt easy about reporting this , knowing my concerns will be taken seriously
Also, may we thank you for trusting us for six years!
With warmest wishes,
Emma
Rachaela and her team from Prestige have been organising carers for my parents for the last three years.
Their service level has been exceptional, even when put under pressure to find cover at the last minute following sudden changes in our requirements, which unfortunately is an unavoidable and common occurrence when dealing with severe disabilities.
Rachaela responds quickly to our requests and is always patient, understanding, and keen to find solutions which will work for my parents.
The carers themselves and always willing to go the extra mile to offer support and highest level of care. They clearly put the service user's needs first and foremost and do so with a smile and kind word. Those that I have met have been excellent ambassadors for their company!
Thank you!
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review and for your kind words, I will certainly pass them on to Rachaela and the Team.
It is our honour to care for your parents.
Warm wishes, Emma
Having had a spell in hospital over the Christmas period with a serious illness/chest infection I returned home and my carers went the extra mile in looking after me when I was in a bad way. They helped to gradually over several weeks get me out of bed to be able to sit in the lounge again. I have about nine different carers to help every day, one does my shopping and then two carers for four visits a day. I would not be able to cope without my carers.
I am very happy with my care and all the carers.
Excellent!!!
I cannot fault the care given to my parents over the last 3 years. We have used the night care as well as visits 3 times a day. The carers are amazing and go above and beyond for the people they care for. Keep family members in the loop and update if necessary. When we did encounter a concern it was dealt with immediately. The care given to Mum before, during and after her passing was exceptional! The same carers are still with Dad.
Thank you for taking the time to complete this review and thank you for your kind words.
I found the office staff and management empathetic while Dad was in hospital for a few weeks during this period.
Thank you for taking the time to complete this review and thank you for your kind words.
Points included major administrative errors which could have been fatal to an elderly person of 84.
Lack of professional manner, respect and communication with us (family/main carers) and family wishes and safeguards. Having to ask staff on an occasion to cover mother during personal care, to keep her dignity. Males are present in the room. The final straw of being unprofessional was being shouted/very raised voice by a junior member of staff which resulted in requesting a change of care company.
Thank you for taking the time to leave a us review, we take all feedback on board and will share the positive comments about our wonderful carers with them. Regretfully with the change in the needs of the family, after seven years we sadly are no longer able to care for your Mother. I am sorry that...
Staff on the whole, very helpful. Timekeeping is good and any untoward events are dealt with, with care and patience.

For the past 14 years, I have held management roles within care settings, where my passion has always been to deliver the highest standard of care to individuals who need support at the most vulnerable times in their lives. My goal is to create an environment where everyone feels safe, respected, and cared for with dignity. I’m fully trained in complex clinical care and take great pride in mentoring and supporting care teams to grow in confidence and deliver exceptional care.
Whether supporting clients, families, or staff, my approach is always rooted in compassion, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to improving lives.
