I am particularly pleased and impressed with one particular carer who gives outstanding care. She has a wonderful way with her and shows great empathy as well as a sense of humour. She is efficient with her time, proactive in realising what needs doing, yet she is sensitive to my needs and treats me with respect. Because of her skills and personality. I consider that she would make an excellent manager or trainer although I would be reluctant to lose her as a carer. She is excellent!

I joined Prestige in 2017 as a Professional Carer with no prior experience in the care sector. Over the past eight years, I’ve developed my skills and progressed through various roles to become a Branch Manager, a position that allows me to support both our clients and dedicated care teams in delivering outstanding service.
Outside of work, I’m a proud parent to a 12-year-old son who keeps me busy, along with our two lively dogs. In my spare time, I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends, watching films—especially true crime and murder documentaries—cooking, going for walks, and hosting games nights.
I began working for Prestige nursing and care in 2024 as a Field care supervisor.
Since beginning my career in health care in 2015, I have gained experience across a wide range of care settings and roles. My work has spanned:
• Supported living environments for individuals with learning disabilities
• High-risk pathway services supporting people with complex mental health needs
• Home care services for both elderly clients and young adults
• Office-based leadership, serving as a Care Quality Lead for a home care company
These roles have equipped me with a deep understanding of person-centred care, safeguarding, team leadership, and quality assurance in health and social care.
Beyond my professional life, I’m a proud parent to a lively 4-year-old daughter and a playful 3-year-old dog, both of whom keep me on my toes and bring balance to my life.
I joined Prestige Nursing & Care as a Professional Carer in 2019. I have a background in Social Care and Compliance & have recently taken the role of Field Care Supervisor. I am passionate about care and thoroughly enjoy working in the Care Sector, I especially enjoy meeting the wide variety of people and personalities that the role allows.
I spend the majority of my spare time with my 2 children aged 6 and 3, my family and friends. I love a good Netflix binge with my partner and I also enjoy creating embroidery art.
I joined Prestige Nursing & Care in June 2025 as a Registered Nurse with Accident & Emergency care background. I really enjoy my current role as it allows me to build meaningful relationships with both clients and care colleagues while providing compassionate, high-quality care.
Outside of nursing, I have a creative side, I was a professional salsa dancer for many years and a classroom teacher, I also did a few years in poetry writing and worked as a hairdresser alongside. These experiences have helped me connect with people from all walks of life and strengthened my passion for caring and making a positive difference.
