Prestige Nursing & Care (Norwich)

We used your service for just under a month in December 2024. We had two carers 3 times a day, 10am, 2pm and 6pm. The carers were always punctual, polite, compassionate and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and they always had a suggestion as to how to handle any situation that arose. We were never made to feel that anything was too much bother. 10 out of 10 in every respect. Thank you.

The staff in the office have always responded to any queries or concerns very promptly. Carers have looked after my husband with great care and kindness. They have treated him at all times with dignity and respect, whilst still allowing him to laugh and have a joke with them. I could not have managed without them. Words are not enough to express our thanks.

Our beloved Aunt received wonderful care from the staff at Prestige during the final few weeks of her illness. They were unfailingly polite, respectful, and considerate. They engaged with her in a gentle and comforting way whilst attending to her needs. She would not have been in better, more caring hands.

As a family, one can find it hard to accept assistance from outside support services. When our father needed extra support as he lived alone and we were so far away I contacted Prestige to see what the process was. The response was swift and appropriate as initially twice daily visits were required to encourage him to eat and drink, then three visits were arranged with more care. The team were amazing, so thoughtful and kind with time to share banter and laughs with our Father in his last few days. The manager and office team were also so helpful and understanding. The evidence of good leadership and a team of carers who work well together was greatly apparent. Thank you so much.

Really I find it hard to describe how Prestige Care showed such dignity and care when dealing with not just my husband but with me as well, I just can't thank them enough and will always remember them all, many thanks from my family and myself.

Cannot praise Prestige and their staff enough. Palliative care provided for my mum following a life-changing stroke. Care was provided seamlessly and without delay to provide care in the final days of her time after being able to go home. Carers throughout the days provided all her personal needs with dignity and empathy. Nothing was too much trouble. A night sitter was also provided to offer time to rest after the day's events. The night team were also attentive and extremely thoughtful to Dad who was looking after Mum. When Mum passed away the carers were at hand to comfort and support us all at our saddest time.

All carers have shown my parents, especially my father, nothing but respect. Nothing is too much trouble, even helping with my mother. Even when under high time constraints, they will not leave without making sure that my father is comfortable and everything is OK.

The standard of carers is good across the board. Prestige is very good at covering shifts due to illness and holidays. That said, the amount of time off due to sickness has been low in comparison to other agencies I have experience of. Issues are dealt with in a timely manner.

Although I did not have the carers for very long (my husband was receiving end-of-life care) for the few days we had them, the service was exceptional. Both myself and my husband were dealt with with respect, care, compassion, and dignity. What they did for him allowed me to spend precious time with him as his wife, not his carer which you cannot put a price on. The whole team were fantastic. I will be eternally grateful to them for fulfilling my husband's wish to spend his final days at home.

I can't begin to express my gratitude to all the carers, managers and office staff at Prestige. The care my husband received was outstanding, they treated him as an individual, trying to fulfil all his wishes and ways. Will always remember the care and support you gave to my husband and also to my family.

All round is excellent. All carers excelled in the care I'm getting.

During the few weeks that my husband received care from Prestige, he was kept clean and tidy. The carers were all polite, professional and happy with him. Also, they kept his care dignified. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I, as his wife and a retired nurse, would recommend Prestige to anyone needing care at home and also the family.

My auntie was so grateful for the help and support she received from Prestige. She could not praise them highly enough in her final days. Thank you so much from all of our family for the huge amounts of care and support. We are very thankful. Many thanks.

When thank you are not the right words to express how eternally grateful I will always be to prestige nursing. When my husband was placed in palliative care in April 2023 it was a whole different level of care to what I was giving him in the four and half years I looked after him. Prestige Nursing was my chosen care provider and I must say they did not disappoint me or my husband. Sadly my husband passed away on 09/05/23 but the level of care he received from the staff at Prestige was amazing. Always on time courteous polite and showed both myself and my husband the utmost respect providing. I would highly recommend Prestige Nursing to anyone who is looking for first-class care for their loved ones. So a big shout out to all the staff at Prestige Nursing Norwich who came to help me in an extremely difficult time. Thank you all for everything you did for such a fantastic service that helped me spend more time with my husband.

It is easy to find compassion and sympathy when caring for your own loved one, but to bring the same to a person that you don't know is remarkable and beautiful.

The carers from Prestige have been fabulous. They show me respect and they have been so nice. They wash me nearly every visit, put the washing on and hang it over the drier. They've cooked my lunch and washed up my dishes. They hoover my flat too.

From day one, after being introduced to my carers I felt very comfortable with them. At all times they were very kind and understanding of all my needs. I was very lucky to have this company to provide my carers and would use them again if needed. The care manager popped in now and then which was very good.
