Very helpful and reliable especially trying to arrange night care for my wife. Staff were well turned out, very efficient and caring. The very best of all the agencies we used.

The carers put my mum at ease with their care, support and friendliness during my mums last days at home. They all did a brilliant job. Many thanks to you all.

I cannot thank enough the whole team of palliative care professionals who cared for my dad. They provided a vital service which was excellent. They were available when needed. Their support was given with understanding, compassion and respect. They provided both practical and emotional support. I thank them on behalf of my Dad and all his family.

I have little memory of when I first come home from the hospital. I had a live-in carer who was from another company for nearly six months. As far as the daily carers, they were always cheerful. The last team were brilliant! I was not, at my age, keen on the younger ones who weren't so experienced and I felt embarrassed. I always made sure which carers I was relaxed with, know how much I appreciated their thoughtfulness and care.

Sending staff that are not trained to carry out tasks required, eg. drugs, rig.

The service has always been prompt, reliable and of a high standard. On one occasion, a new care assistant encountered particular unexpected difficulties but she was immediately replaced for the following week by someone else who maintained the high standards of her predecessors. I have been very impressed by the quality of the care assistants and management.

Prestige Nursing & Care have looked after my wife for the last six months of her life and have always given her the personal and professional care she required. When she finally passed away, they treated her with dignity and me with compassion. Thank you.

We have had carers from Prestige in for about 8 months now to support my husband who had a severe stroke. We have both been very very pleased with the care he has received. The carers are kind to my husband but also help (gently) push him from a rehab perspective and they are hugely helpful to me.

Very pleased with the carer and care provided to my wife. Don't think it could be improved. Only let down has been with your accounts dept, trying to get them to start direct debit, which I sent on 19th April 21 and will apparently now start on 2nd June 21.

The ladies who come to my mum's house every morning as absolutely lovely. They make her a cuppa before giving her a shower, and this sets my mum up for the day. They are all very good companions whilst doing general housekeeping jobs before giving my mum some lunch. My mum couldn't do without them now. A fantastic care company, which I could thoroughly recommend to anyone when they are poorly.

All carers/staff were polite, sensitive and diplomatic in all regards to me as a daughter of a patient, and most importantly, the same to the patient, my father. They made sure to keep Dad involved in his care and to treat him as a human being, always asking him to tell them how he felt, what he would like from them daily.

We greatly appreciate the help from the night sitters. Our regular carers/sitters were exemplary. I felt they had genuine respect and empathy for my dying husband (and me)!

Prestige has been providing day and night care for my wife for four years. The carers are always smart and professional, and above all, very caring. They fit in well and some became friends of the family. Prestige takes care to ensure that the same carers come on a regular basis whenever possible. Would recommend highly.
