From the office to the carer in the home everyone is professional caring and extremely helpful. The office staff go out of their way to help. Also the manager is one of the most helpful people i have ever met and genuinely cares about my daughter. I have 4 carers at the moment and all of them are lovely and I feel care about my daughter and want what is best for her. They feel like extended family.

We have been incredibly impressed with this agency from the very beginning. The staff communicate with parents brilliantly - always clear, consistent, and approachable. Nothing ever feels too much trouble, and we are always kept fully informed.
The care plans are amazingly in-depth and thoughtfully put together. Every detail about my child's needs, routines, and preferences is clearly understood, and it's obvious that the team take real time to get things right.
I also really appreciate the weekly emails with our schedule. It means we always know exactly what's happening, who is coming, and when. That level of organisation makes such a difference for us as a family.

Thanks to the carers, my special-needs child is now able to access the community in ways that simply weren't possible before. They are attentive, loving, and genuinely supportive - the kind of people you feel safe trusting your child with. My son is always excited to see them, and that says more than anything I could write

Currently I am happy with the care my daughter is receiving, especially Debbie who has been my daughter's care coordinator. Karen who had organised multiple meetings both with school and local authority to arrange best way to support my daughter. Priscilla who is the main carer. I thank them for the patient especially when my daughter was struggling.

I have used Prestige Nursing for over two years. They have helped wash, dress, change and medicate my disabled daughter extremely professionally and with care and expertise.
All but a few of the carers I have been sent have been professional and empathetic.
My daughter does not talk, she is tube fed, blind and has partial hearing. She is totally dependent on her carers.
They all have had/have an excellent rapport with my daughter.
They are a very valuable part of my day when they come in when I have to go to work.

Always reliable and very flexible and my needs and those of my daughter are always met.

I would just like to say, if it had not been for the Prestige Carers, we wouldn't have been able to have Mum home. The nights were most difficult as Dad is 80 years old and Mum is very restless through the night so there would be no rest, but because of Prestige Care we were able to.

The carers have been kind and considerate to all of Mum's needs.

We have used Prestige Care for a good few years and have found them to be polite and informative when phoning head office.
The carers who look after my son are polite and listen to anything we have to say in the sense of if his medication has changed, or at what time it should be turned on as he is fed by peg.

If there is a problem they will stay behind to help out, or like when I had a new hip, they came early to help get him up.

We have found the agency to always be helpful and unreserved in meeting the needs of the care. They provide excellent continuity of care that is approachable and professional. They always endeavour to accommodate extra cover or help in respite care. I have no complaints or even suggestions to improve the quality of service. Well done!

Overall, I have had excellent service with Prestige Nursing team and care. Over the two - three years I have had various carers come in for one hour in the morning and one hour in the evening. The service is paid by social services. My daughter has severe disabilities and on the whole the carers who come in are very caring and professional and sympathetic to her needs. There is always a general problem that Prestige have in that they say they cannot find many carers who want to do one hour am and one hour pm, Monday to Friday. Most weeks at present, they have problem in covering my daughters personal care five days a week.
