THC AWARDS GALA & CHRISTMAS PARTY EDITION

This year has been another wonderful milestone for Trust Homecare, and on November 28, 2025 , we celebrated something truly special, our 4th Anniversary, our Awards Gala, and our Christmas Party , all in one big, joyful night! . The theme of the event was “The Power of Diversity,” and you could really feel it in every part of the celebration. It was one of those nights that reminded everyone why Trust Homecare is such a unique and amazing company to be part of.

Organizing a company event is already hard but doing that in the Homecare industry is extra challenging. With staff schedules, service users needing support, and everything happening around the clock, it takes a lot of planning and teamwork. But the Trust Homecare Management Team, pulled it off beautifully. They worked behind the scenes to make sure everything went smoothly and they truly outdid themselves.

What made the night even more special was the presence of VIP guests from the Main Branch of Trust Homecare , who came to celebrate and support the team. Their attendance showed how much the whole company values the hard work being done here every day.

Each award represents dedication, kindness, professionalism, and the true spirit of Trust Homecare. Even though not all winners are listed here by name, every awardee made a positive impact this year and they truly deserved their recognition. --- A NIGHT OF FUN, FAMILY, AND TOGETHERNESS

The event wasn’t just about awards, it was about celebrating everyone who makes Trust Homecare the caring and diverse family that it is.

Many staff members brought their families, making the whole night feel warm and joyful. Kids, partners, and friends were all welcome, and it created such a friendly atmosphere. You could hear laughter and happy chatter everywhere!

There were also special numbers performed by staff , showing off talents that go beyond caregiving. From singing to dancing, everyone enjoyed seeing their coworkers shine in a different way.

The management team also prepared fun games , bringing lots of excitement and energy to the room. And the best part?

All prizes were given in CASH!

It added a spark to the competition, and everyone cheered loudly for the winners. To make the night even better, the event was held at Wing Wah , an eat-all-you-can buffet, so everyone had the chance to enjoy delicious food, try different dishes, and go back for seconds, thirds, and even fourths! --- THE POWER OF DIVERSITY

This year’s theme was truly felt throughout the night. People came wearing outfits that represented their backgrounds and cultures, and it was beautiful to see the variety of colors, styles, and traditions all coming together in one place.

The gala showed that Trust Homecare isn’t just a workplace, it’s a collection of different stories, cultures, and experiences that make the company stronger and more united. --- A HUGE THANK YOU TO MANAGEMENT

None of this would have been possible without the dedication of the management team. They worked tirelessly to create an event that the staff would enjoy and remember. Their goal was to make employees feel valued and appreciated and they absolutely succeeded.

The whole night reminded everyone that Trust Homecare is not just committed to its service users, but also to the people who make the service possible: the staff .
