Gracelands has achieved ISO:9001-review for Quality Management (an internationally recognised award) as proof of commitment to quality, recognising commitment to an exceptional quali-ty of service with only around 3% of UK businesses holding this certificate, evidencing Gracelands continual commitment to quality. Gracelands has always upheld a minimum of a ‘good’ rating from CQC and achieved ‘outstanding’ overall in our last inspection.
In our 2019 annual staff surveys, 100% felt customers are safe and 95% are happy in their role. In our last CQC report it was stated “People who used the service told us that staff helped them in a way which made them feel safe”.
