d being .on a certain night I need a later call and every week I have to check that its been done as about 5weeks ago they sent someone at the other time.she gad it on her phone as the earlier time I don't understand why I have to check or phone every week to see if its been done ? And when I did phone the week that they came early noone phoned ne back or acknowledged my call and ( luckily) I managed to get ready for bed myself. It could gave been a lot worse if it was a bad day and I couldnt manage it as theh didnt reply or send someone out at the later timeand ImsureI was charged forit

While BJP Home Support were attending to my care I was delighted and so grateful for their support. The care given was excellent, caring and very friendly.

As a family, we found BJP responsive, professional and reliable.

Great friendly staff. Dealt with my mums needs very well, kept her safe and well cared for. My only comment is that the team could have been more proactive with general cleaning, when there was nothing else to do in the twice daily 45 minute visits. When asked they would act no problem, but had to ask!

Also - a continuity of care. High standards and they stay for the full call time. High quality care.

My husband had day care for about a year before he went into a nursing home. The day care was appropriate for his condition - dementia - at the time and altered as his condition changed. He was in full time care at BJP Home Support for about 6 weeks as he deteriorated and died on Ap. 22 2024. He was treated well and with respect and with great care especially at the end.

Happy with the service, however, once my mother's needs increased and needed 2x carers three times a day as she was hoist transport, the company did not have enough staff. Having dementia is very challenging and having to change carers when you had built a trusted relationship with a care team was devastating and effected mum greatly. I did email some time ago to ask if staffing had increased and still have had no reply, so that is poor service.

Fabulous service. The staff arrived on time. Mum was very happy with the care she received. I would definitely use BJP Home Support again. I have never used the care service before, and I was out of my depth, but BPJ Home Support made the process easy. Thank you.

At the time, I lived alone with close family only 2 miles away. Family had a 1 week holiday abroad so emergency care/cover was needed.

Very good at helping - getting dressed, getting washed, making bed.

We found the level of care of a high standard from all front line support workers. Patient kind and professional communication with managers and office very good too. We felt dad was receiving best care possible for his circumstances.

The Skelton girls are absolutely outstanding with my dad. I feel relaxed and so happy he's getting the care and love. If you are looking for help at home, I cannot recommend high enough thank you so much.

My aunt was being cared for at home by BJP for many months, and the level of attention and care has been high throughout, from the management that co-ordinated it all, to the carers themselves. My aunt has now reached a stage in life when she needs more care, and we have had no hesitation in placing her in a BJP Care Home, based on our experience of the Group to date.

The majority of the carers are very caring and do a good job; they generally attend at the required time and are always willing to talk which is helpful probably to client and carer. One or two carers could look at their own health habits since they deal with vulnerable people. In particular I was very impressed with the girls who walk around the town trying to stick to a challenging timetable over the winter period in all weathers.

As an ex-employee and now my Nana receives care from BJP Home Support, I would highly recommend their services. I knew once my Nana started to lose a bit of her independence there was no other company I would trust more to assist in caring for her. And she always tells me how lovely the girls are who visit.

Very caring, polite and helpful. They are always nice to talk to and do all I ask. They are always punctual and always wear PPE and a name badge. There has only been one carer that has not done her job properly so overall a positive experience. It has made my life a lot easier.

The care and support provided by the carers from BJP Home Support are of a very good standard and on many occasions has been excellent. They treat my father with respect and dignity at all times. I would not hesitate in recommending BJP to others who require the care and support of a reliable company and have actually already recommended them to others. Extremely friendly company and very willing to work with the client's family to resolve issues and emergencies. The staff are friendly and caring and work closely with the client's family to work as a team to provide the best care.
