With many amazing contributions coming in all shapes and sizes it was always going to be a challenge to pick one person for this award. This person has shown initiative for something she feels passionate about. Almost single handed she has researched and put together new forms and training to help improve outcomes for clients suffering with dementia and their families. In addition, this person works with her fellow CSWs in the client’s home to help implement the plans in the field as well as training in the classroom.
