This colleague needs to stop running late, speeding to catch up and getting caught.. she now has a Caremark Car so that has put paid to this!

All jokes aside this is a great opportunity to acknowledge this quietly brilliant person. This person was a class act when working as a CSW and took a step up during the national pandemic. As a result she was literally thrown in at the deep end. This is the moment when someone either sinks or swims, and my goodness did she swim. Nothing is ever a bother and her dry and measured responses to any question asked are just marvellous. This person brings solutions to problems and keeps a cool head in any situation…..quite handy if the police pull you over……

A can-do attitude and pushing herself out of her comfort zone this person is a great example of someone who is getting on in the world, gratefully in the Caremark family.
