Eleanor Cares Awards

Objectives:
?   To recognise team members who have gone above and beyond the course of duty in their day to day work.
?   To thank all staff for their hard work, made even more difficult due to Covid-19
?   To bring to light all the wonderful work we do and create content

For who:
All Eleanor employees who have worked for a minimum of 1 month in the 12 months leading up to the 31st March 2021, and who still works with us. The action/s being recognised must have happened whilst working for Eleanor.

Categories:
Whist there are categories, the judges reserve the right not to award, if the entries are not up to standard.
All categories are open to all staff – frontline and office teams across all companies and divisions – Care Homes, Care @ Home, Hospital Logistics and Head Office. We refer to “Care Awards” as we are looking for examples / expressions of “Care”. We specifically markup nominations where our values have been demonstrated / shared (Trust, Respect, Empowerment, Innovation, Fulfilment). See website for further information.
1) Caring for the Eleanor Family.
This will recognise staff who have made efforts to support, cover or care for another member of staff.

2) Caring for Customers / Service User.
This will recognise staff who have made efforts to delight customers (Service Users). We will recognise those who have received direct feedback from Service Users / NOK / commissioning teams, so please include if you have some written feedback. We will write to Service Users and NOK also asking for nominations

3) Caring for the wider community.
This will recognise the work you have done outside of work to support your neighbourhood or community.
