Innovative Technology Expertise award at the at the national Home Care Awards 2025

For the third consecutive year, we have been awarded the Innovative Technology Expertise award. Supported by Innovate UK's Healthy Ageing challenge, our care leaders and teams have co-designed our in-house Wellbeing Operating System (OS) technology platform. From digital tools that assess values alignment during recruitment to systems that enable our self-managing teams to organise their rotas effectively, our technology ensures the highest standard of care. Additionally, by allowing families to access visit notes, we enhance transparency and communication. When we see opportunities for improvement, we create our own solutions to guarantee excellence.

This year, Innovative Technology Expertise category was particularly competitive, with 12 finalists vying for the award.
